Have heard nothing but good about this gym and decided I'd sign up today. The staff greeted me with a smile, answered my questions and signing up for a membership was super fast! The gym is super clean, the patrons are a mix of couples and singles so it feels like home. Glad I signed up.

We are not happy with this Gym but not because of anything on the part of the staff or the equipment. My husband and I are older and just find so many Barbell boys trying to show off.. The hours are limited. We like to work out at 6am on Saturdays and sometimes late on Friday nights. We are joining the Anytime fitness- 24/7 works better for our schedule. Moving from Arizona where so many of the gyms have a 24/7 area that has a separate entrance makes it so convenient.

Georgette, although, we are very happy to hear you are continuing your fitness journey we are also sorry to hear you are no longer a member with us. I apologize our hours were not convenient for you and your husband. We do hope in the future you will consider us again to be your home gym! :)

Great gym! Love the classes! All of the instructors have been very helpful and motivating. Everyone has been great but Joy is my favorite and I make a point to take her classes as much as possible. The only thing that would make it better would be keep it a little cooler but I know that's a huge task for such an enormous building. The front desk staff always greet each client as they come in and as they leave. Thanks for all your hard work!

The gym is fine but the womens Sauna is closed everyday at the same time for cleaning. 530am till after 7am making it impossible for early morning users to use this amenity. This was very disappointing to learn on my rest day. 2hrs wasted. 30 minutes driving here. 1 hr waiting on workout partner and 30 minutes driving back. Spoke with first desk and all he said is he would talk to his manager. I tried to email staff and it said mail undeliverable. Seriously its not rocket science. Either clean it before opening or rotate schedule or clean it after closing.

I enjoy working out at Gold's in Clermont FL. My only suggestion would be to replace cloths used to wiped down equipment to paper towels. If you ever took a microbiology class you understand after the first use of cloth it is contaminated. I cringe at the thought of handling them so I don't. Using paper towels to wipe down equipment and immediately throwing it away is the best way to eliminate germs. Please change to paper towels.

I've been using the Clermont Gold's Gym for over two years. The staff has been great! I get a very friendly reception when I enter and a friendly parting when I leave. I take the Body Flow classes and enjoy them all especially the classes given by May. She's a natural. Cyndi's yoga class is also great.

You’ve been doing great keeping up with your workouts in 2015 so far, but don’t fall off the fitness cliff! If you feel yourself losing interest in your exercise routine, mix things up with some functional training. You’ll not only learn some fun new workouts, but you’ll also train your body for activities performed in daily life – which helps prevent injury!

Eat before the airport! Chow down on a big meal before hitting the airport to avoid having to eat at the fast food courts. If you forget and need to eat there, try fruit or a salad.
