Small shop selling ice cream made from high-end ingredients, including unusual flavors like cheese.- Google
"Secret Breakfast is a vanilla base with bourbon and (still crunchy) corn flakes."
"6) Blue Bottle Vietnamese Coffee - "Tastes like usual coffee flavor."

Nothing but praise for the place. The flavors are always original, the ice is top notch and the folks doing the scooping couldn't be more helpful. It's just the prices the keeps the place from being a 5 out of 5. A small, and I mean really small scoop will run you $4.95. Don't get me wrong, it's great ice cream, if not amazing ice cream, but even for San Francisco the price is a bit steep.

It is cloyingly sweet for my taste and I cant have more than a quarter of a scoop. Prime location with not so friendly prices.

Yes, I got lured in by The Secret Breakfast. I mean, how can one not try that? I came for the bourbon but stayed for the ice cream, lol. I thought I was too full to eat anything else after my lunch but it was really delicious and I finished it all! I'm sure the other flavors are great as well--looking forward to trying some other flavors the next time I'm in town! The Vietnamese Coffee flavor, in particular...

Some of the best ice cream I've ever eaten and my personal favorite in SF. This hipster shop creates really cool flavors like peanut butter curry, Vietnamese coffee, and other exotic ones that cater to the SF/Bay crowd. Secret breakfast is their most popular, with bourbon and cornflakes in a delicious vanilla bean. Every time I get it the flavor is on point, the texture is perfect with the crunchy cornflakes contrasting with the smooth vanilla bean, and it's not too sweet and surprisingly refreshing. I'm always amazed at how fast I can finish a scoop. I've sampled other flavors such as horchata and Harvey milk and graham cracker with honey, and those are good as well. While the Mission diner setting offers the most flavors, there is also a stand in the Ferry building as well as at the Yard at Mission rock. A SF staple and solid, amazing ice cream.

One of the best places to get ice cream in San Francisco. Try their Secret Breakfast menu and other flavors. You will not be disappointed. The lines are usually pretty long it moves pretty quickly. If you happen to be in SF area definitely a must try, along with other delicious stuff you can find in the Ferry Building.

Vietnamese coffee flavor is worth all the praise - great stuff. There is always a line here, but worth the wait!

Can't beat secret breakfast. Best flavored ice cream in the city. Skip the lines and buy a pint. You will save time and money.
