Professors of Plumbing just came out to repair my master bath toilet. Did it quickly efficiently and profesionally. I am very pleased. this is the second time i used them and feel very confident in their service and support. Office called me half hour before they were to show up. Great company will use them again.

Do not use P of P! We were referred to them through our home warranty company to come out and fix our AC unit in the middle of June. We had to wait 4 days before they could come out and they told us they would be out on a Monday between 11 am and 1 pm. At 1:20 pm no one had showed up or called. When we called them, they informed us that their tech had called in and they would have to reschedule our appointment for Friday at the earliest! They did nothing to try and accommodate our situation and told us there was nothing else they could do. We had to end up calling our home warranty company and rescheduling with a different service. We would have been more understanding if someone had at least called us to tell us what was going on but we heard nothing from them until we called after waiting around all morning. Even worse, we scheduled time off work to accommodate the appointment. They were completely unprofessional and disappointing. Do not waste your time with them!!!!
