Have you seen what's happening in England? If this goes on we'll be talking about this mythical island that disappeared into the sea, taking an entire culture and people with it... oh, right, that was Atlantis.

Lia Keyes: Yes, I remember that well. In some ways it's wonderful that the rest of Britain constantly forgets that Wales exists, though. ;)

Lia Keyes: It's far south, too! Awful. The last few years have been the same, but this is the worst yet, I think. Are you in North Wales, +Jim? I was in Conwy two years ago at about this time and the London to Cornwall rail tracks ended up in the sea! Do you remember that?

Jim Wall: I'm approx an hour south of Conwy just to the north of Harlech.

I remember that bad weather 2 years ago well, we had gusts in excess of 100mph here and whilst the UK media were going on about Dawlish they seemed to somehow miss the Cambrian Coast line (west coast of Wales) which had big bits of it washed away and damage meaning that bits of the track weren't reopened until 4 or 5 months after the big storms.
