Global, expert, and entrepreneurial marketing and branding strategist with over 20 years of experience, Marcela uses her coaching skills, consulting approach, vast education, business acumen and experience to help her clients uncover their inner values and make them part of their client attraction strategy.
The experience Marcela gained, fueled by her entrepreneurial spirit, helped her move into the corporate world as the translation and localization project manager for one of the world's largest banks. In this role she was able to sharpen her project management skills, manage teams from around the world, and gathered vast experience in cross-cultural communication.
In 2003 Marcela’s entrepreneurial spirit resurfaced, and she opened a translation and localization business in South Florida. Here she gained the insight of doing business with vendors worldwide while meeting the demands of her local clients in the U.S. In 2007 her business was acquired by a successful competitor. Following the merger, Marcela remained on board as an internal consultant and also served as Director of Sales, Marketing & Communications. During that time the business enjoyed a sustainable growth and shifted its business model to become a strong competitor in the translation and localization industry.
Marcela uses her drive, enthusiasm and passion for excellence to support ethnically diverse individuals to discover their values so they can successfully achieve significant marketing and business results.
