Thanks for the review. 1) When any staff does not follow procedures they are replaced. This of course happens from time to time in any business, and we have changed some staff since your review as they were not following policies. Anyone that chats, and does not care about customers simply does not last very long at Orlando Paintball as the customer experience is our highest priority. We even made a video that shows how serious we take customer service. This may be a comical video, but make no mistake, we are serious about its message. Here is the video: youtu.be/CEiqX1JTdkA 2) We also had some very very busy days around the holiday times where things move a little slower, but we do have a system in place for game times and have a goal to 5 minute breaks between games. If you are out of the game early near the beginning, you obviously have to wait longer till the game ends along with the 5 minute break before you can play again. However, compared to most places we have a great reputation for structure and organization and are known to move games far faster then other places and we hear this from our customers. 3) About other people/customers having better guns this can happen of course as some guns cost upwards of $1000. You must admit however, that our rentals are much above average compared to what other places rent, and in many cases are actually better than the customer's own guns. We even rent electronic guns with DYE Rotor hoppers ( best in the industry ), and have upgraded CP sniper barrels for improved accuracy. Our rental guns have the latest spool technology, and operate on low pressure, requiring less fills meaning you have less air fills between games, and less kickback making your shots more accurate for a better overall experience. If you don't believe us, just ask a "pro" or a veteran player of what they think about our equipment, or visit our ARMORY page on our website to find out the complete details about our rentals. 4) We also care in our policies about player experience by balancing teams for skill level to make it fair for new players yet challenging for the the veterans. This does not always turn out to be the case, as the "Hosts" do make a judgement of what they see fair, but then quickly adjust games if needed if teams seem to be unfair. 5) Our format is very organized, our staff is trained for safety, and is well suited for people that have not played before, like recreational players, and for people that simply like organized play, where teams are chosen and a system is in place to guide players from field to field in a timely manner, to play many games at a good pace. But we recognize that no system satisfies everyone as hard as we try to do this. Hopefully you recognize that we do have a professional establishment with both Indoor and Outdoor courses, FREE pizza, Superior Rentals, and a well organized staff that is highly trained to follow policies to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction. We are very proud to have been in business for over 26 years. This only comes with very strict standards and policies in force.
