Let me take an opportunity to explain,
I strongly believe, I’m Right!!!

I say, there is no such subject called Leadership exists in company form of organization.
A person who makes people walk on his way, having with a clear Vision and Focus: is called up a Leader”. Agreed!!!
A, leader takes birth for a Cause and he works to bring a Change (or) for a Betterment of Lives.
Therefore, the person speaks, motivates the people around, and makes all the people inspires with own style and finally, all works on for change!
LEADER must possess of:
Initiative (Self Starter with a can do attitude)
Inspires with own style
Moves Pilot friendly
Takes suggestions and Ask for advices,
Follows on Ethics..
Coming to the point;
If we see the hierarchy of the Organization; there is
Top Level Management,
Middle Level Management and
Lower level Management,
Middle level Management: are the Branch Managers or Department Heads
Lower level Management: Entry Level employees
Top level Managements: CEO, MD, CFO, etc..
All the levels of managements are of paid employees including CEO/CFO
I say, CEO is not a leader and at the same time..
No level of managements takes a role of leadership…!!!
As CEO is actively participates in the daily or routine activities,
People are on thought that: CEO is a “Leader”,
Once again I say,
Neither CEO nor middle level managements are a Leader..!!!
The supporting facts are like this:

Boards of Directors; it is the responsibility of Board to formulate the company policies, review the operations,
The board delegates the responsibility to the Treasurer of the Board and Finance Committee
And again this responsibility is shared through delegation with Agency CEO and the Head of Finance (CFO).
The agency CEO acts as agent, implementing all the policies and procedures. The agency CEO, is responsible to see the coordination of following activities: Annual Budget presentation, Investments, selection of auditors, etc.
CFO: The head of Finance is responsible for the day to day operations for Internal Controls, Bank Reconciliation, financial statement preparation.
It is very clearly understandable that Both CEO and CFO are the intermediates’ of
Board of Directors and Finance Committee and Treasurer,
I further, go ahead..
I put my Opinions on: Good Management (A, Manager)
1. Listens to Suggestions and takes Advices.
2. Allows all in Decision Making, when required.
3. Develops the Skills/Talents
4. Stand on Strong Ethics
5. Greater Emphasis on weaker sections of; Develops Concepts thru numerous creative Ideas.
6. Make Guidelines for Future Perspective
8. Modern Thought Process
9. Good Environment
11. Understands the Expectations of Sub Ordinates
12. Fair wages and also sees to Hike the Wages On Time.
13. No practice of Red tapism.
14. Allows giving his own seat to an intelligent and most successful candidature
15. Finally, says I owe to Member(s).
Middle level managements are managers, Right!!!
But, it is shocking me; these managers follow leadership styles,
I say, it is true and Fair; to call Managerial Styles, instead of calling Leadership styles…

Point one: Board of Directors, CEO/MD, nobody comes into category of leadership…!!!
Point two: (All)Middle level managements follow managerial styles, not leadership styles..
