I just took the free "Mindfulness as an Intervention for Adolescents" online video course, and I recommend it for anyone interested in teaching mindfulness to adolescents. There are three lectures by Dr. Sam Himelstein, covering how to explain mindfulness in a way that gets buy-in from teens, and how to use 'relational mindfulness' to work effectively with resistant kids.
