I usually make the drive to the Olive Garden in Sandy instead of Murray because of the great service and nice building. Today was not a good experience at all. My husband and I were on a date night. We were seated in a booth with only two ladies in front of us. After they had left we got our appetizer and our waitress asked if we would like our food five minutes later so we agreed. As we were eating the tables next to us were being set up for a large group of thirteen or more. Our waitress came back with our all you can eat soups and salad. She then made comments about the big party coming in. She asked my husband if he wanted another drink even though he had a full glass because of how busy she would be. She then also went and got the check for us before we even started eating the meal. She made the comment if we need her she would be in the kitchen with the other tables orders. The large group came in with half young children and a crying baby. The children were banging silver ware on the table and talking very loudly. We tried our best to just eat the meal and leave. It was so loud we couldn't even talk to each other. My waitress was dealing with the other table and unable to be found. I went to the front to look for the manager. I was told she was called but wasn't responding. She then was told again as I waited and my food became colder. When she came up to me she was nice and I explained what the waitress had done and that we had ordered all you can eat, but that I would like to get my food to go. She insisted on moving us to another table and came with me to the booth. She had a few others help. One of them accidentally hit me with the tray as he passed. We then had a big scene of having to move our food. It was uncomfortable and embarrassing. We were then told to pick any table by the manager but the woman with our food set it on a table she chose. We then tried to eat again and our old waitress came over to ask us why we moved and she wouldn't leave. My husband finally said we are quite people who like to eat without the noise. She then finally left and by that time my husband lost his appetite and I just ate the one soup and salad. We also had a man that was working hard come over and tell us that he understood why we moved and that he wouldn't want that for him and his wife. We were never offered anything for this terrible service and the new waitress was uncomfortable to approach our table as if we were bad customers. She only spoke to us a few times and didn't offer to get anything for us. She would only say are you guys doing alright. We waited a while to get our check and have it picked up. It was a very stressful meal. I would never pay for that type of service again. We will not be returning to this establishment.

If I wanted to be pushed around I would join a union! Thus place continues to go downhill! Terrible service, poor food preparation, and you don't even get a new server when you ask for one. If I am going to spend 60.00 dollars on a meal,it should be better than fazoli's................

Food was great! Place smelled like horse poop though... I say that kindly... The whole place smelt bad.... The waiter took forever on our drinks and left all our dirty dishes on the table piling up...

I recently ate at Olive Garden because they offer a gluten free menu and I am gluten intolerant. I ordered Gluten Free Penne Rigate with Marinara and Grilled chicken. The food was delicious, however part way through my meal I found spaghetti in my dish. Olive Garden does not offer a gluten free spaghetti. While their website does state that they can't guarantee that the food is GF, the fact that there was spaghetti in my gf dish means there is very serious cross contamination happening. If they are using the same utensils for gluten free and regular dishes they can't even claim that it is a no gluten item, let alone gluten free. I will not be eating at this Olive Garden again, quite possibly I won't eat at any of their locations.

Can't complain with olive garden! great food. You get a lot of it for what you pay. I usually have to take a to-go box when i'm finished.
