Decent Pho. They have a great deal on Wednesdays when Pho is only 6 dollars! I usually opt for the chicken pho and add plenty of chili oil. This is a great way to warm your bones during the winter months. Nice staff and the renovated dining room looks quite nice. Cheap, fast and delicious!

Don't let the exterior or surroundings fool you - this place is top notch! Decent price, extremely fast service, free veggie egg rolls, incredibly flavorful soup, and tasty entres.

This is one of the best pad Thai and Thai teas and egg rolls and just really good food. My new fav and I recommend it to everyone one!

I love this place. Service is great, never had a problem. The food is great, never had anything that didn't taste awesome. The prices are nice and reasonable and the best part is the $5 pho on Wednesday nights. You can't beat that!

The interior is really nice after their redesign. Food is good, but not excellent. I had the sesame chicken, which was fine but nothing special. Admittedly that's a strange choice at a mainly Vietnamese restaurant. I'll return for pho or vermicelli.

The $6 Wednesday night pho special from 6pm to 9pm is obviously the main draw for me. I usually get the #17 or #20, depending on whether I want just steak or some brisket also. 5 minutes after ordering an immense tureen of tasty pho is deposited in front of me and I go to town. 15 minutes after that I'm a beached whale, a stranded walrus, a dog who got into a full bag of kibble. It's great stuff, and while I can't claim it's the best I've ever had in my whole entire life, it's certainly worthy of being considered for all their awards they brag about. I'm always disappointed when Vietnamese places don't do banh mi, and so despite the vast menu, much of which is quite good, I'll hold a grudge. But that pho is definitely worth coming for, maybe even worth paying full price for if it happens to be the 95% of the week that isn't 2 hours on a Wednesday night. Their lunch specials are also worth a look. They're either $7.25 or $7.50 and include scads of shrimp/beef/pork/chicken dishes with white/fried rice, soup, and an egg roll. Definitely worth a place in your Asian rotation for lunch.

A terrible disappointment since the fire. Fast food style (order at counter etc). A disgrace to the memory of a beloved Austin institution.

First time even trying Vietnamese food. Got the Steak and Brisket Pho and all I have to say is that it is AMAZING. Definitely will be coming back soon!
