Kim Phung gave me a dining first: I've never had a restaurant refuse me service because they couldn't convince the cook that I was a real person. Apparently I was one of two people with the same name waiting at the same time, and nobody could figure out how to explain to the cook that the second person (me) was a different person than the first. They gave up, refunded my money, and sent me packing after waiting for 45 minutes. Kim Phung used to be a decent place, but it's gone downhill a lot in the last few years. The food is just adequate, and the service obviously needs a lot of work. Sad to see our neighborhood Vietnamese place go down like this.

LOVE this place! I always get the veggie fried rice or the veggie pho. I'm vegetarian, so this is one of my fav places to visit. They also have complimentary egg rolls from 12-1 daily!

Their Pho is delicious! So is everything else I've tried. The pho broth is made naturally from beef bones. It's recommend to eat bone broth regularly for the nutrients. $6 for a bowl on the Wednesday special can't be beat.

I dont know why this place has 4.1 stars the food is awfully disgusting. I order the D12 orange chicken with steam rice, and the chicken dident even look like chicken the steam white rice was good but not the chicken or sweet & sour souce. This location looks like its in a bad location too. "SCARRY"

The food is decent and the prices are good but the service is hit or miss. Mostly miss. Hopefully they will get staff trained better and be able to keep them long term. I've had several bad experiences here but today was the worst. I was left waiting for my food for 20 minutes before I final asked where it was. The new girl told me it would be a few more minutes. 10 minutes later it come out rushed like they forgot about it. Really disappointed.

Cheapest bowl of pho around on Wednesday evenings when it's $6 a bowl for any type. Pretty decent, too.
