One word "Gross" synonyms, very unpleasant; repulsive, disgusting, repellent, repulsive, abhorrent, loathsome, foul, nasty, obnoxious, sickening, nauseating, stomach-churning, UNPALATABLE. We Bought there group on and tried almost every menu item. Salad was wilted, grinder dry, burnt and missing oil and vinegar which was requested for, pizza soggy and flavorless. I come from Green Bay and know cheese, i don't think you could call that fresh mozzarella let alone mozzarella and the amount was next to none. Charging 18 dollars for 1 lb of dough. 5 ounces of sauce and 4 ounces of poor quality cheese is highway robbery!!!! Luna pizza are bigger crooks than the credit card companies. Anyone to buy it at full price are fools. 50 percent off was still a ripoff. Even if the food was free i wouldn't eat it, i wouldn't eat if i had to wait an extra day after a 7 day fast, I wouldn't eat it out of pity for the people in my office that bought it. I wouldn't eat it if Ebola went airborne and the only cure was Lunas. I would risk life and death to eat at any of the other amazing restaurants in that one block radius. Luna pizza takes the fine dinning aspect of West Hartford Center and makes it drop the soap. Sorry owners of Luna to inform you that just because your in the center doesn't mean your food is quality i put you in the same class as dominos, pizza hut, and dirt. At least they those establishments don't take advantage of there customers. If a business can stay open while giving away there food for 75% off (group on takes 50% of the 50% they charge) then that business product is overpriced. I can understand doing it once for new customers but to repeatedly run group on like Lunas does only proves that they can make money collecting 25% of the normal menu price. The ambiance feels like a tomb. Ive been there a few times over the past 10 years, and every time without exception I was treated as if i wasn't wanted there. For the Owners of Lunas, Lower your prices or increases the quality of the ingredients. Stop being a poser and do what your pretending to do. For the Customers of Lunas, So many better options within one block, not even to mention the whole town of West Hartford. I know its hard to understand but just because something is expensive doesn't mean its good. Heed this warning and don't get swindled by this joke of a Restaurant

To the manager of Luna pizza- Your a prick.....Our office (whom orders pizza from your place at least once a month) had placed an order on 7/21/14 for 1 gluten free pizza and 1 regular pizza. The gluten free pizza was for an employee with celiac's disease who cannot consume gluten and hasn't in over 6 years. We received the ordered pizza on time however the pizza wasn't labeled "gluten" free. The girl with the gluten free allergy ate the regular pizza while the rest of the staff ate the gluten free pizza. First of all after eating the pizza and realizing she ate the non-gluten free she called to just let the manager know in the future it would be helpful if they labeled the pizza. Instead of the manager apologizing and taking constructive criticism well, he was rude and sarcastic letting us know we should "know the difference just by looking at it" and "that the crust and thickness of the pizza" should give us our answer. Not to mention the manager said this hasn't happened to me in 8 months.....I would has leniency if he said this never happened with a customer or this hasn't happened in 5 years but NO.....even McDonald's labels there food, don't act like it takes extra effort to label your pizza. We will NEVER order from your place again. Even the people who ate the gluten free pizza couldn't tell the difference!!!!!!!!!!

As an Italian New Yorker who's lived in both Brooklyn and Staten Island, recognized the world over to have the finest pizza known to man, I give the thumbs up to Luna Pizza. It's definitely the best I've had outside of New York. They make a mean margherita pie here. Expensive, but worth every penny.

There's a lot of good pizza in the West Hartford area, but this is up there with my favorites. Extra bonus is that this place delivers!
