I been anticipating this restaurant for a good few months. Unfortunately my first experience was so disappointing it will serve as my last! Generally speaking, everything is overpriced. I am not a tightwad miser, I will spend money where money is deserved. For every dime I spent there, the quality of dining failed miserably. The magnitude of cooking skill was very average at best. I would not have minded as much if the prices were average, but for the prices I paid I expected at least some satisfaction. In my opinion this review is not a product of this restaurant having a bad day, only because we were the only table in the restaurant & it was a reasonable hour, no excuse for the mediocre dishes they served. Maybe with good reason we were the only service is because my sentiment is mutually shared! It is a damn shame because I prefer to support local restaurants like this & always make the biggest effort to avoid chains like Olive Garden! I am sad to say to all who read this review, Militello's I can not recommend...

Olive Garden is adulteration! No personality to the dish, nothing! Olive Garden is not even local. Olive Garden is all over the damn place confusing Americans what Italian food really is. They train their cooks their measured methods, & that poor excuse of whatever dish you order is, will taste exactly the same in Buffalo, NY as it does in Manhattan Beach, CA! "Discover our Tuscan inspired locations, recipes and more." Lol, Tuscan inspired, maybe! But it takes more than inspiration to dish out Tuscan flavors, & it ain't happening at Olive Garden! Keep on driving & be original, find something local, something authentic!
