My husband and I stopped by here one night just to check out the small market and cheese selection and ended up staying after the monger gave us a sample of some enticing truffle goat cheese. We had a cheese plate that consisted of a delicious, melt-in-your mouth, triple-cream cow's milk cheese that I can't recall the name of right now, but will be back for more. We also enjoyed my glass of viongier and look forward to trying their other wines.

Nice ambiance. Service was great. The selection of cheese is pretty good. Got a little confused with the terrine, since it didn't look like what i had in mind. Great mussels and desserts.

As a lover of high quality food and service (with a few Michelin rated restaurants), I can confidently say this restaurant will satisfy even the snootiest of pinky-out tea sippers. The gnocchi and drum were incredible and unique. The caesar salad was very light with dressing, but the thick-cut parmesan cheese and whole anchovy saved my vote.

Was extremely excited to try this place after reading the reviews on it. The menu isn't very big, there are options for everyone. It is a smaller place so on a busy day I can see it getting very crowded. There is a little grocery inside. The parking is very small and the lot is NOT made for any cars that have low clearance, there is a lot of pot holes, so make sure to park on the street. The people are friendly but sort of in their own little world. Sometimes, they don't pay attention to your needs or when you make a request, but on the 2nd or 3rd time they get it. The sandwiches are large, but don't come with sides. There is a good amount of wine/champagne to select from. In addition there are a lot of good desserts after as well. The price is reasonable.

Best beignets ever! There's no dessert menu but please be sure to ask for some after your meal. You'll float away on a light, fluffy, powdered-sugar cloud. I would say sandwiches are the way to go here for lunch or dinner. I tried the risotto and while it was great, I was eyeing my boyfriend's pastrami sandwich with immense jealousy. A great little place, can't wait to try brunch which is only available on Sundays.

Epicerie Cafe & Grocery is a fantastic choice for your next Sunday brunch with friends or family. The food, juices, and beers are all fresh, local, and most important tasty. They also have a cute little grocery to add to the mix so you can take home your favorite gourmet products. Tip: Get the beignets for your table and you will make everyones morning.

Adorable set up and decor. White colors everywhere, light wood, sunlight pouring in, I feel refreshed just stepping in here. I would take mom here or girlfriends here anyday. The items on sale along the walls are unique & I wanted to buy them all. Pricey though, so watch out. From high end chocolate bars, hard to find jams, to a cooler of assorted cheeses and cuts of meat, you're bound to find something you love. I tried both the salted chocolate chip cookie ($2) and shortbread cookie ($1.5) and both were good. The salted chocolate chip cookie was a bit crunchier than I'd like, so I can't say it's my favorite. It was chock-full of chocolate chips & just the right amount of salty. It was about the size of my fist. Granted, I have a small fist, but still. But what stole the show for me was not the chocolate chip cookie, it's the shortbread cookie. Buttery, crumbly, perfect! If you've never had a homemade shortbread cookie, you'll have to try theirs. Buy an extra one so you can surprise someone special!

I have just been to this restaurant once and really liked it. It is a bright, clean place with very good food. My chicken terrine was great as were the beignets. The service was excellent. I only wish they had additional dishes that are not prepared with shellfish (sadly, I have an allergy).
