My husband and I stopped by here one night just to check out the small market and cheese selection and ended up staying after the monger gave us a sample of some enticing truffle goat cheese. We had a cheese plate that consisted of a delicious, melt-in-your mouth, triple-cream cow's milk cheese that I can't recall the name of right now, but will be back for more. We also enjoyed my glass of viongier and look forward to trying their other wines.

A little on the pricey side and the food is just okay. I ordered the granola and yogurt with a side of bacon and a mimosa. For $5 the mimosa came in a very tiny glass. Maybe it was the same amount that you would get in a regular wine glass, but the smallness of the glass made me feel like I was being ripped off. The granola was fine, but a little on the chewy side (must have been mixed with some kind of molasses). The bacon is where I have a problem for $3 for a side of bacon, I'd like it a little less crunchy than the hard burnt pieces that I had on my plate. Overall it was a cute little shop, but I wasn't impressed by the food I had.

The atmosphere and decor definitely elevate this place. It feels very relaxed and welcoming. Their food matches the ambience and overall, it delivers one of the best places in Austin for a casual lunch.

As a lover of high quality food and service (with a few Michelin rated restaurants), I can confidently say this restaurant will satisfy even the snootiest of pinky-out tea sippers. The gnocchi and drum were incredible and unique. The caesar salad was very light with dressing, but the thick-cut parmesan cheese and whole anchovy saved my vote.

Best beignets ever! There's no dessert menu but please be sure to ask for some after your meal. You'll float away on a light, fluffy, powdered-sugar cloud. I would say sandwiches are the way to go here for lunch or dinner. I tried the risotto and while it was great, I was eyeing my boyfriend's pastrami sandwich with immense jealousy. A great little place, can't wait to try brunch which is only available on Sundays.

Nice ambiance. Service was great. The selection of cheese is pretty good. Got a little confused with the terrine, since it didn't look like what i had in mind. Great mussels and desserts.

Epicerie Cafe & Grocery is a fantastic choice for your next Sunday brunch with friends or family. The food, juices, and beers are all fresh, local, and most important tasty. They also have a cute little grocery to add to the mix so you can take home your favorite gourmet products. Tip: Get the beignets for your table and you will make everyones morning.

Hands down my favorite eatery in town. The food is always, every single time right on target, the wine and selection of bubbles suits my fancy as well. Most importantly, oddly enough, my favorite thing is the space. I love the space- it's bright, comfortable but classy and clean, inspirational and overall just a relaxing place to be.
