First of all, I AM NOT getting paid to mention these products, and my views are my own
I finally get chance to get out in the wet to test these Michelin road 5 tyres, and the Richa Cyclone Gore-Tex suit. Stay tuned to see what happened...

WE'RE BACK! Wow, that has been a LONG Winter! We have been so excited to get back out on 2 wheels. Being away for so long has given us lots to talk about, lots to tell you, and some exciting things happening at Wildbad Touring.
I finally get the Michelin Road 5's on, and Egone has some new Pirelli Angel GT's on. We will do a comprehensive, comparison test between the two market leading sports touring tyres over this year. Thank you to Michelin & Pirelli for sending us the tyres.
I'm also trying out a new suit from Richa. It's the Richa Cyclone suit, full Gore-Tex, and I think it looks ace. Very happy with it's first outing, but weather, and time will tell. Massive thanks to Carli and the lovely guys at Nevis.uk.com for sending it me. Again, my review of it will continue over many videos, as I get a feel for it.

Welcome back to the final instalment of my trip to the official launch of the Michelin Road 5 sports touring motorcycle tyre in Seville, Spain.
I get to play on more lovely bikes through the mountains of Andalusia, then get rewarded at the end with whisky. A lot of whisky - and also meet a lovely subscriber and his Wife.

My final thoughts on the tyre as as expected. I totally love the PR3, didn't like the PR4, and happy to say the R5 feels great. The fact the all-new design sees slick shoulders made from a black carbon compound, giving us more stability and grip in the dry, and for the sportier side of riding is really great. The silica compound of the centre part of the tyre is still very sticky, and the new 3D sipe technology is very interesting. They are designed to perform just as well during the second half of their life as they do during the first half. As the tread wears, news sipes open up underneath the old ones, keeping safety and stabilty during wet riding at it's absolute best. During the wet braking demonstration, the well-used R5's consistently out-braked brand new PR4's on an identical bike, ridden by the same rider - the main tyre tester at Michelin.

Only time will tell how they fair with our style of riding. But, if they last longer than the PR3, I will be very happy to use the Road 5.
Huge thanks, again, to the guys at Michelin for allowing me to take part in this really great event.

RV.

Welcome back to the official launch of the Michelin Road 5 sports touring tyre, in Seville.
In this episode we head down to Monteblanco circuit for our full day of riding and testing the new tyre.
First off, my group head over the the Wet performance workshop, where we rode the Triumph Street Triple RS and the Yamaha MT10 on a wet track. Practising high speed braking, and swerve manoeuvres. We then headed over the to Dry performance workshop, where we were free to rattle the BMW s1000XR and Ducati 939 Supersport around a lovely sticky hot track. So much fun! After dinner we headed out on a 150Km road ride.
I started off by taking the Kawasaki Z1000. Here's what happened....

In this first episode, I make my way through the airports of Birmingham, Brussels and on to Seville. Get checked in to the hotel, and have a glass of red.
The fun begins on the next episode.

Welcome back to the NC500 series, folks.
This one is for the Whisky lovers out there! We start the day by visiting the Glenmorangie distillery, before making our way back to our final destination of the tour, Glasgow.
Thanks all for watching the series. Hope it has been insightful for you all, and if you were 'thinking' of visiting Scotland or riding the NC500 (or the Wildbad version of the NC500) then I hope this has helped make up your mind!
More exciting things to come, folks, so make sure you hit that subscribe button so you don't miss anything!
Cheers
