Your gift matters.

Today, we're honoring all who have served. We are humbled by your courage and bravery and honored by your willingness to fight for our freedom. And, today of all days, we assure you that your efforts are remembered.
In Flanders Field
In Flanders fields the poppies blow
Between the crosses, row on row,
That mark our place; and in the sky
The larks, still bravely singing, fly
Scarce heard amid the guns below.
We are the Dead. Short days ago
We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow,
Loved and were loved, and now we lie
In Flanders fields.
Take up our quarrel with the foe:
To you from failing hands we throw
The torch; be yours to hold it high.
If ye break faith with us who die
We shall not sleep, though poppies grow
In Flanders fields.
- John McCrae, May 1915

Great reading tips we will definitely share with our HIKE Reading Coaches! Thanks for sharing +GradePower Learning
Reading tips!  When you say words, repeat the beginning sounds to reinforce the letter that made that sound.  Then, rhyme the end to reinforce the ending sounds.  The beginning and end of words are the easiest to distinguish and will help your child learn their phonics faster!
