Interesting perspective.
This article is by Sanjeev Agrawal, the founder and chief executive of Collegefeed and former global head of product marketing at Google. It has become fashionable to trash millennials. They lack a strong work ethic, have no grit, aren’t respectful or patient, and definitely don’t understand corporate culture. It fits with [...]

I have been reading a book that I received as a gift called Leaning In by Sheryl Sandberg. It is a great read, and I highly recommend it. This link is a reference found within the book, and it is a very well-written essay on the classic topic of women "having it all." I think it is worth a read. Before you protest and write-off what is written in the beginning of the article, I encourage you to hold back and make it to the end to see what her suggestions are. And even if you still disagree, it is again very well-written and very good food for thought. Enjoy!
It’s time to stop fooling ourselves, says a woman who left a position of power: the women who have managed to be both mothers and top professionals are superhuman, rich, or self-employed. If we truly believe in equal opportunity for all women, here’s what has to change.

Life coaches and career consultants can be pricey, but having someone to keep you motivated and make objective suggestions can be helpful. “Look deep inside your core for what makes you light up, that’s the ultimate happiness and financial success,” says Preston J. Ephraim II, one such coach. “[That’s] where your true job is.”

Marci is extremely helpful when we were picking furniture. Definitely ask for her when you come in. The delivery people were careful and made sure everything looked ok. The quality of the product is stellar. We are confident that the furniture should last a long time because of the quality of how everything was made.
