My full synopsis of the new 2015 #TaxExtenders legislation is out!

Qualified charitable distributions from IRAs are retroactively reinstated and made permanent, along with the state and local sales tax deduction and the American Opportunity Tax Credit. Section 179 expensing at favorable limits is made permanent too, and 50% Bonus Depreciation rules are extended through 2019!

Also included were some expansion/relief provisions to Section 529 college savings plan, and also the coming new Section 529 ABLE accounts for special needs beneficiaries!
