Szechuan Noodle Bowl solidifies my thinking that some of the best places are hole in the wall, mom and pop places. Amazing dumplings, "pancakes", noodles, and service! If you're in Chinatown, stop by; if you're not but want great noodles/dishes, stop by.

One of my favorites in the Intl District. Szechuan Noodle Bowl serves up deliciously spicy soup at its hole-in-the wall storefront. Family run and friendly, you can often catch the staff making wantons and dumplings on the back table. For a spicy treat, try the #13 Beef soup with bok choy. There is a reason it's 'spicy' asterisk is larger than those on the rest of the menu!

Best dumplings in Seattle, bar none, but missing any and all ambience. Love watching the staff make them on the tables next to you.

I recommend the Wonton noodle soup... the seasoned ground pork in the wontons is excellent!

I liked the simplicity of the arrangements - you have better choices for vegetarians We have ordered rice and noodles and both tasted good. Also it was not very costly. I would love to go again..
