Families with kids are finding that work-life balance harder than ever... Have you asked the grandparents for help lately?

This is REAL Chinese massage that focuses on cleansing the body's lymph system and opening up energetic meridians... In other words, this is NOT your typical $60 an hour light-pressure massage place that gives you a fuzzy robe and a glass of lemon water. The pressure is intense and they're going to get very up-close and personal with your body parts-- be prepared to strip down completely and have them rub your upper buttocks and breastbone area. They also do a very intense stretching of your arms, neck, and legs. The owners do not speak English very well which means they don't take direction very well. If you don't like something, "STOP" is the best way to convey that. With that said, this type of massage is structured-- every place they touch you and every area where they put pressure is designed to open/alleviate/refresh your body somehow. If you opt out of the neck stretching, then you're essentially opting out of the benefits of the entire experience. The rates are $80 for one hour, and it's totally worth it. Ask for Sun-Yi. You'll be sore the next day, but it's a good sore. I go about once a month, and that's more than enough!

I have done Bikram yoga all over the world, and this place is the worst by a long shot. SO CROWDED. They have offered like 1,000 daily deals and discounts until there are more than 100 people in a room that should hold about 45 comfortably. They don't cap their classes and as a result I couldn't even perform the movements. Literally, two peoples' mats were overlapping mine! When I complained, I was told that the classes after work are always this crowded, and to come back for a class at lunchtime M-F. Oh gee, that's helpful... some of us have jobs that don't allow us to leave for an hour and a half or come back drenched in sweat! Lots of attitude from the staff. Go elsewhere!!!
