The food is decent when it's made correctly. I have consistently had problems with this location messing up my order, then arguing with me about it. Their customer service is grievously lacking. I will stick with Mushu Grill, I went to this location because Mushu is closed on Sundays.

Great experience! Thai won ton soup is just wonderful, and honey chicken was awesome. Would gladly go again --- can't wait to bring my family once they are in Phoenix.

Good stuff. Went here because of coupon in the mail. Will definitely come back. Good cheap "Chinese" food close to downtown.

I am not chinese, but I love this place. order the diner select, it's just as cheap as getting a number 1 at mcdonald's and healthier for you

I just went here tonight and was disappointed that this particular location has the Spicy Korean dish off of their menu. I've been to other Pei Wei locations before and absolutely love the Steamed Spicy Korean Steak on brown rice. Because of that, I went for with something new. Tonight, I had Steamed Honey Seared Steak on brown rice. I chose this dish, because I like garlic sauce, scallions, and red bell peppers that it comes with. I never had rice sticks or had honey mixed with the sauce before. So I was curious how this dish would taste. It was pretty good. The service was spot on and quick. I would go here again, but next time would ask if they have the Spicy Korean dish still available. Next time, I would change it up by getting Steamed Spicy Korean Chicken on brown rice. I'll update with what the experience was.

If these new, cheaper, rubbery hunks of chicken are permanently part of the chicken dishes, I won't have to look for the nearest Pei Wei ever again.

We were looking for a place to eat, have some good ole fashioned Chinese. The atmosphere and staff were very benevolent, going as far as provided us with what they called "a small" bowl of rice (was huge). But coming to a close, the staff started to be a bit more pushy, trying to grab our plates before we could finish eating. The food itself, I had the salad and my wife the black bean. The spices were there, but overpowering to eat. We asked since our son doesn't eat spicy food, and they said "no, it's not spicy". But in fact it was. We would have probably gone back again. But when you put your hands into someone who knows how the food is prepared. Your most important thing is the well being of your family, and coming to a restaurant that really doesn't care, is not one I would want to take anyone else too. If you're there for the ambiance, bring a girlfriend, or just hanging out for a quick bite. Then I would say try it out. But if your looking for more of a good palate of tasting, then I would say keep moving on.

My family and I go to Pei Wei often and we love it. The food quality is as good as PF Chang's at half the cost! As for if there are Caucasians or Latinos preparing and serving us I really don't see how that matters as long as the service and food quality are excellent, which they are. If you're offended by someone handing you chop sticks in an Asian restaurant maybe you should stick to McDonald's!?
