CDE: Under LCFF - California School Districts Are No Longer Required To Follow State Content Standards an Curriculum Frameworks
http://www.cde.ca.gov/re/cc/ccssfaqs.asp If content standards and the instructional time per subject are to be determined by an individual teacher without any minimum standards requirements then you in fact have no standards at all.
