Farmington celebrates the traditions of storytelling this weekend with the Four Corners Storytelling Festival. Enjoy a beautiful autumn day along the Animas River as local and national storytellers inspire and entertain. This festival is free and offers tales for both children and adults. Daily events at Berg Park and evening tales at the Totah Theater.

Regional artisans and visitors are preparing for Farmington's annual Totah Festival!  This festival features the artwork of 100+ Native American artisans, an authentic Navajo Rug Auction and contest pow wow. Visit Farmington September 5 and 6, 2015 and catch the Totah Festival.

Visit Farmington and explore Crow Canyon!
Crow Canyon features one of the most photographed panels of Navajo Rock Art.  Built between 1715 and 1723 this site features three panels of extraordinary Navajo Rock Art as well as the remains of a Pueblito, several hogans, sweat-lodge and other structures. Take a self guided tour of the Crow Canyon site and enjoy a hike through the high desert plains of northwestern New Mexico this Spring! Visit Farmington and explore Egypt!  This exciting interactive exhibit is at the Farmington Museum through April 25, 2015.  Learn about the ancient culture and the science behind the amazing discoveries that have been made. Farmington Museum is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturdays.

Finding the reason for the season in Farmington, New Mexico! Farmington, a community where outdoor lovers thrive, hosts several special outdoor Christmas events. One local favorite that should not be missed is the annual Live Navajo Nativity. Presented entirely by children dressed in traditional Navajo clothing this Nativity  is complete with live animals. Experience this unique outdoor nativity on December 23, 2014 at the Four Corners Home for Children, 2102 W. Main St. in Farmington, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
