Reality is that most people only write reviews when they either hated something so much they wanted the world to know, or that they loved something so much they wanted the world to know. I'm writing because I had a really pleasurable experience at a car dealerships service department. Crazy right? I am currently on my third car from Penn Toyota and have always been on the receiving end of some great service. Getting your car serviced is one of the most stressful experiences because you don't know who to trust. I guess that's one of the things that sets Penn Toyota apart from other places in my eyes. I felt that I was being spoken to with respect and honesty. I chose to drop my car off and wait which worked out fine for me because they have a great (and clean) area to sit and watch TV with free wifi and coffee! I don't know anyone that "likes" getting their car serviced, but I can attest that Penn Toyota makes the experience as painless as possible and I plan on exclusively bringing my car there for all of its maintenance needs.

Don't ever trust this place. They sell me a car that is very far off alignment say they will fix it. After I pay them, its out of alignment. Bring it back they said they fixed it and its still out of alignment. Had to go to another dealership which printed out their test showing it was out of alignment when I brought it in. This cost me almost $200. I email the owner Chris Penn attaching all of this with proof and all documents and they would not refund me. Their service department is always 2 hours behind and their equipment isn't calibrated. No ethics, low standards, STAY AWAY!

Just two months ago, we bought a Toyota Camry Hybrid at Penn Toyota. And just few months before that, I bought Tacoma TRD for myself at another location. Although it took us time to wait for the paperwork at Penn, it was nothing compared to half-a-day at previous dealership. After one week one set of keys stopped working, but it was fixed by Penn Toyota right away with no charge and with very polite attention from Joni Glantz, who actually gave to us initially the best deal on our buy. While I was waiting for the paperwork, our sales representative, Alan Lu was “entertaining” me, replying to all my questions and giving me information that may be useful in the future. Maybe I was lucky, but from my experience, I would highly recommend Penn Toyota to all my friends.

I've recently purchased a certified used 2011 FJ Cruiser from this location, roughly 3 weeks ago. I was a walk-in and was met by Joe in the lot who pretty much helped me out with everything I needed without delay. Test drove two FJ's, a 2008 n 2011, with a quickness. Questions about the vehicle were pretty much answered, if Joe wasn't too sure, he'd find out for me. I decided to negotiate for the 2011 and that's when Joe introduced me to Manny, who is the used car manager, and without much hassle they quickly went to a fair price, considered by USAA, which was too good to pass up. I traded in my 2007 Hummer H3 and was again able to get a fair price, considered by Kelly Blue Book. I then sat with Eric for the finance part of the deal and he was able to get me a lower APR tht I was previously offered by other banks when I tried on my own. I never write reviews for businesses that I deal with but I am just too amazed by the service I received here. I've been to a number of other dealerships and the rest seemed too shady and/or pushy. I now refer this dealership to whomever I hear is looking for a car.

these people are pretty inept - poor listening comprehension and don't make you feel like they have ANYTHING under control. When I brought the car in for the recall, as soon as I left, the light came on - a light that had never come on before. Thanks for breaking something that was already fixed. Almost everything I said to the service advisor taking care of me he didn't understand, because he has the ability to comprehend words that is approximately equivalent to that of a small snail.

I used Westbury Toyota for many years. I am now using Penn Toyota because Westbury has changed hands so many times in 7 years and service has gone down. I was very happy with my first visit to Penn and my husband is looking forward to using them. Larry was great. My only gripe is that they like most service places, say that they are going to rotate your tires but they never do.

After having a wonderful experience buying a used infiniti at the penn toyota dealership, the rest was all awful. Firstly, upon receiving the car, I noticed the oil was never changed. This was jet black oil that was almost low. The wheels were never aligned and the rear brakes were running on 2mm. The basic checkpoint was never done! I've been here several times to properly service the car the right way since buying the car a month ago and initially gave this place 5 stars. To this day the cars wheels are still not aligned. When I went back to get the oil change done, they change the oil with the wrong kind of oil which can void warranty. When I spoke to them about it, they said they don't carry that kind of oil and have to order it. If you don't have the oil for the car you sell, stop selling the car! The service department is incredibly incompetent. Today when I had to return for the 4th time in a month, the rude advisor Jason tells me in a condescending manner sir you need to wait, you can't just expect things to be done right away. I almost flipped. It was going on 1.5 hours for the oil to be changed which was a 3rd time issue and should've been done before i drove off with the car. Oh and when I did drive off with the car once I bought it, 3 lights went off. 2 for the brakes which they told me on the phone was nothing just keep driving and it will go away. Mind you had I got into an accident off that stupid advice my lawyer would have had a field day. The other light was for low tire pressures across all 4 wheels. Their excuse? "It's cold outside, it happens." This was leaving the sales lot upon purchase! I can't wait until monday comes and I finally have the time to call their regional managing director and maybe their national as well if nothing gets done. I don't recommend my enemies to service their cars here. There are plenty of other places to go to, respect your time and car, go elsewhere. BBB complaint done as well.

From the time you roll your car into the service area the customer is treated as a valued customer. The service department is always clean and the waiting area is very nice also with comfortable chairs and WiFi. The service manager ( Jimmy Miga ) listens to the customer and makes sure the issue is addressed properly. Have never had a bad experience with Penn Toyota. Would definately recommend this dealership.
