The people here at Castle rock!!!!!! We first leased our vehicle and the bought it and receive nothing but respect, honesty and fine quality every time we visit either for a service or just a car wash. We highly recommend doing business with this dealership ---- and they worked very hard to get us a great finance deal and price.

I towed 2006 Buick Lucerne CXS into Castle Buick on Friday July 24, 2015. I agreed to pay for a diagnostic check for 2 different problems which was quoted at $280 and to service the recall. The service representative called me Friday afternoon to tell what’s wrong with my car and the price. She said I had an oil leak and water pump. The total for the oil leak was 4159.93 and the price for the water pump would be 1819.64. I asked her “can you itemize and tell the exact price of what is being done?” She replied you can pay the $280 for the diagnosis check if you don’t want your car done. I then stated that’s a lot of money to come up with on a car repair. I call you back after I think about. I waited to the next morning came into the dealership which was Saturday July 25, 2015 after 08:00am told Veronica to only fix the recall and the water pump. Veronica then notified the parts were not in stock, never said that on the phone. Monday and Tuesday went by and no word on my car, on Wednesday morning I called again, Veronica put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I called back and talked to AJ who said he will return my call and never did. I then called the Manager of the service department and he went to look into what’s going on with my car and apology for the inconvenience. Wednesday after 03:30 I received a call from Veronica that my car is ready for pick and I have yet to receive the details of the cost only the total price if $1819.64 and Castle keep my car for four days and didn’t offer me a loaner. I will never talk my car to Castle again.

Very good experience at Castle Buick. Service Writer AJ is very professional and personable. He knows his job and does great a great job with Castles customers. AJ is my service person. I recommend to all.

Buyer beware, dishonest dealership! I came in today after receiving an online quote from a sales rep. The rep made it very clear that the price she quoted me was INCLUSIVE of taxes. I was ready to sign for my new Impala until I realized that the final price they gave me at the dealership was $2,000 higher than the online quote they gave me. They claim that their initial quote was a mistake. I will never return to this place.

What a great experience today at Castle Buick-GMC! Maricruz was a terrific sales associate - very informative, patient and professional. We're thrilled with our new GMC Terrain and hope to enjoy many, many miles of happiness! We researched many different dealer websites and visited several other dealers before coming to Castle. We're so glad we did. Very honest and straightforward, unlike some of the other dealers out there. Excellent experience.

Nubia was AWESOME! Very friendly and professional! She showed me the car that I came to see. This whole experience really has changed my attitude towards car sales personnel! The more I spoke to this person the more relaxed and comfortable I became. Everyone I had dealings with were really friendly and explained everything in detail. The financial gentleman, I think his name was Danny, took the time to explain what I didn't understand and was so patient and kind! I've already recommended this dealership to my friends!

We brought our 2010 Enclave into Castle for service. LT has always handled our service needs, and he is very good at his job. He keeps me informed of the progress of the repairs while in service. I needed get my oil change before heading out on the road for the holiday weekend. I called and tried to schedule an appointment three times, and was told each time that their was no appointments available until different dates by a young lady. She first told me that she didn't have any appointments until the 13th, the 9th, and the 11th. I became very frustrated and almost gave up until I decided to try and book my appointment online....and what do you know they actually had availability on July 2nd at the time I wanted. I don't know why the young lady would not book me over the phone, but I'm just happy that I was able to get my car in for an oil change.
