We were looking for a specific color Envision with a specific list of options. Castle did not have the color I wanted, however Rudy found exactly what I wanted right away. We even wanted the color matched running boards that are not yet available However they made it happen by custom painting a different color. The Castle team did everything expected and the vehicle price was within my budget and what I was expecting to pay. Great deal, great experience, and that's the reason why this is my second new vehicle purchase from Castle!

Thanks to Brandon Rowe, I drive a beautiful 2012 mercedes! Nothing but good vibes from this young man and the team he represents. He does his best to find what you need, when you want it, and at a price were everyone is satisfied. I suggest you go to him because he is a real people person and very knowledgeable with cars. He will not steer you wrong on or off the lot.

I have been a customer here at Castle Buick for a year now. They have the best group of people working here. They are always polite, helpful, and make me feel part of them. Explaining to me about my car. The conditions of it and also what it will take to correct the situation. Myself and my husband is very happy that we came here and purchase our new verano 2015.

I made a service appointment last week, and i ask about a loner car. I was told just come in. I got there 9:15 am this morning. They check my car in and got all my information. I ask about the loner, and to my surprise you have to request it before coming in. This is so unprofessional! You don't go around having people think they are going to get a loner! It's a dame shame people don't want to do there job! I could tell she was rushing me off the phone when I was scheduling the appointment! Then I was told they could only take me five miles out of there radius! Then they call me up saying it's going to cost me 305.00 to repair my car. I have know problem with that. It's the loner car business. This place has so many car and I couldn't get a car. This will be my last time @ Castle GM in North River Side. I will be going back to Roger's on Michigan at least you can get a loner without a head ache! NEVER EVER AGAIN! I also reported this to corporate! You only get one time to screw me over!

Classic bait-and-switch website advertising practices. Even if you call to confirm pricing and availability with one of their numerous "Sales Managers" (at an off-site call center), you'll learn that they just happened to sell that good deal a few minutes ago when you get there. But now that you're there with cash in hand...they'll be happy to sell you something else more expensive or they can't get off the lot fast enough. Be wary of what you read, including the self-reviews here too.

I flew all the way from Jacksonville, Florida just to purchase a vehicle from Brandon. The service that I received while in the process of choosing my car (a mountain air Honda CRV) was impeccable. It was absolutely worth it to fly to Chicago and drive my new car back to Jacksonville! It was clear that Brandon knew what he was doing and he was very professional throughout my entire purchasing experience.
