#Workout Misconception: “I’m going to stick to doing the same workout routine every day.”

If you continue to perform the same repetitive motions for every single workout at the #gym, your body and muscles will actually become accustomed to the exercise that you are doing. In doing this, they are going to stop improving which could lead to a fitness rut. Try spicing it up with new variations of your workout or a new GGX class.

You’ve been doing great keeping up with your workouts in 2015 so far, but don’t fall off the #fitness cliff! If you feel yourself losing interest in your exercise routine, mix things up with some functional training. You’ll not only learn some fun new workouts, but you’ll also train your body for activities performed in daily life – which helps prevent injury!

Ask a staff member for more info about functional training.
