#Workout Misconception: “I’m going to stick to doing the same workout routine every day.”

If you continue to perform the same repetitive motions for every single workout at the #gym, your body and muscles will actually become accustomed to the exercise that you are doing. In doing this, they are going to stop improving which could lead to a fitness rut. Try spicing it up with new variations of your workout or a new GGX class.

This place is just awesome. Been a member other places over the years and I love Gold's! The staff is friendly and helpful. Its very clean! The machines are always working. It is a great place for people of all fitness levels and the trainers are available to help you reach your goals. Most classes are included in your membership, so its a great value. They just get it right the first time. Ask for a pass and come visit. There are other gyms in town who claim to be the best. Gold's doesn't have to claim that because the members do it for them.

Great staff! They offer 24 hour access. They have a pool. The only negatives I can think of is that there is some remodeling going on, so there's some minor spacing issue right now, but that'll be temporary. Also, there are often times weights left on the racks of the Hammer Strength equipment and for the amount of staff they have, I think they should manage that better. Those are very minor things though. My wife and I are very happy overall. She wants me to add that the classes and instructors are awesome.
