You have a valid point, but it's better to encourage the solution to a problem rather than ignore it as a whole. Allow me to evaluate your comment.
"It's really funny how so many people think constantly pushing the subject of Eugenia's weight, when she obviously doesn't want to talk about it are actually helping. Those of us who treat her as an actual human being and don't tell her to shove a Big Mac in her face every 5 seconds are NOT encouraging her to be thin." As I said above it's better to encourage the solution to the problem rather than ignore it. It's not healthy mentally and sometimes physically to ignore a problem.
"We care about her health, and her mental state as well. It's obvious talking about her weight makes her feel uncomfortable, and we RESPECT THAT. " Even if it makes her uncomfortable, there's always uncomfortable things we all do. I would rather be uncomfortable and make my life better and healthier, so I can live longer rather than live Comfortably and die within 10 years.
"It's not like comments on Youtube would actually do anything to her life in anyway, if you seriously think that just because you bother her about her weight, you're helping and making a difference, take a seat." And no one said the comments would make her change her opinion, but what else can we do? Go to her house, bring some weights, a book on healthy living, and some groceries? Yes we can, but I'd much rather stay at home and try to persuade her instead of forcing her for multiple reasons.
"Also, stop jumping to conclusions, there are many MANY ways for a person to be as super thin as she is. Also, it is possible to have a fast metabolism and be this thin. I know a guy who eats a lot, but maintains a bmi of 13, yes it's crazy, but possible." Have you heard of exercising? Sure, eating makes you gain weight, but most of your weight actually comes from your muscles believe it or not. I maintain a healthy BMI and I only eat 2-3 maybe 4 times a day.
To put this to rest, while you do have a reasonable argument, there are many things and ways for her, and that guy know, to be healthier.
