Good choices of seafood and fish, including Sushi. Having lived many years in New England, I've grown particular about chowder, and this establishment has the BEST New England Chowder in Arizona. You might even think they are flying it in from Boston daily - it's that good. If you like fish, this is a great dining choice. Visiting by motorcoach can be tough as the access and lot are tight. They take great care of groups, usually group ++.

I had the halibut. Didnt like it at all. The crab artichoke dip was spicy which completely took away the flavor of the dip. I would never eat a bluewater grill again.

Great food, not very busy at 7 on a Friday night. Waitress was nice, but not as attentive as expected with how slow it was.

Second visit to this establishment. The price tag may seen a bit large, but you get 110% of what you pay for here. I was seated, and quickly served fresh, warm sourdough to start off before I even looked through the menu. My server was attentive and made sure to check back with me, despite being busy with other diners. As last time, the food quality was phenomenal; each dish is kind of its own unique experience here, right down to the dessert! I will definitely be returning again for special occasions. I'd recommend this place (and their keylime tart for dessert) to anyone looking for an evening of fine dining - their name says what they do best.

My first experience with Bluewater grill was in Newport Beach, CA. We had been there while on vacation and they had the BEST clam chowder I have ever had. I've had red, brown and white clam chowder. They have the white variation and it was phenomenal. So onto the Phoenix location. My wife and I were on our way over to Corleones and she had noticed the BlueWater Grill. I was under the impression it would be a knock off of the original as seafood isn't really too fresh in Arizona, but to my surprise I was corrected. I contacted the Bluewater Grill while I was at Corleones to see if they were the same restaurant, and Jose answered the phone. I asked him if they used the same recipe as the one in Newport and Jose advised me they do not, but stated he likes there chowder better. So I told Jose I was at Corleones and I would like to get a cup or bowl to go to see if his claims of the chowder being as good were true, as I had my doubts. Jose went above and beyond, he said since we had been to the same company in Newport, he would bring me a pint of chowder to see which one is better, at Corleones a few business's down. Jose brought me a pint of chowder, a slice of sourdough and oyster crackers in a bag. I have never in my life experienced customer service on this level. The chowder is just as good if not better than the one in Newport. We will be going back this weekend to try the rest of the food, but if you like chowder, be sure to try it, you won't be disappointed. Thanks Jose, keep up the great work!
