Second visit to this establishment. The price tag may seen a bit large, but you get 110% of what you pay for here. I was seated, and quickly served fresh, warm sourdough to start off before I even looked through the menu. My server was attentive and made sure to check back with me, despite being busy with other diners. As last time, the food quality was phenomenal; each dish is kind of its own unique experience here, right down to the dessert! I will definitely be returning again for special occasions. I'd recommend this place (and their keylime tart for dessert) to anyone looking for an evening of fine dining - their name says what they do best.

The Ponzu Scallops were to die for (I'll be going back just for these) the ambiance is great, the staff is extremely friendly, and the oyster bar is one of a kind. For the camelback corridor area this place is a must go. Clam chowder is the best I've had in the Valley. Cioppino is outstanding, zesty and texturally perfect. Buillabaisse is luscious, and really shines with white wine and butter notes. Drinks at the bar were wonderful and unique, we had a cucumber mojito that was to die for. We will be coming back without a doubt. great date night spot.

The oysters were very salty. Tasted like they were brined. The cioppino was over salted. The service was good.

My first experience with Bluewater grill was in Newport Beach, CA. We had been there while on vacation and they had the BEST clam chowder I have ever had. I've had red, brown and white clam chowder. They have the white variation and it was phenomenal. So onto the Phoenix location. My wife and I were on our way over to Corleones and she had noticed the BlueWater Grill. I was under the impression it would be a knock off of the original as seafood isn't really too fresh in Arizona, but to my surprise I was corrected. I contacted the Bluewater Grill while I was at Corleones to see if they were the same restaurant, and Jose answered the phone. I asked him if they used the same recipe as the one in Newport and Jose advised me they do not, but stated he likes there chowder better. So I told Jose I was at Corleones and I would like to get a cup or bowl to go to see if his claims of the chowder being as good were true, as I had my doubts. Jose went above and beyond, he said since we had been to the same company in Newport, he would bring me a pint of chowder to see which one is better, at Corleones a few business's down. Jose brought me a pint of chowder, a slice of sourdough and oyster crackers in a bag. I have never in my life experienced customer service on this level. The chowder is just as good if not better than the one in Newport. We will be going back this weekend to try the rest of the food, but if you like chowder, be sure to try it, you won't be disappointed. Thanks Jose, keep up the great work!

Love this place. Hadn't been here since it was Fish Market, but it's just as good as I remember. Food was great as well as service. Ato sphere had me feeling like I was eating along a coast somewhere instead of the middle of the desert. I will be back to try more things out on the menu. I'm stuffed for now :)

Mark the bartending chef (yes, they cook at the bar) was welcoming and friendly, and did a great job with the seared scallops. Done just right, with crispy bacon and jalapeno aioli. The calamari was crispy, light, and very fresh. All around exceeded my expectations for a standard seafood joint.

Good food and very nice rooms available for meetings. The location near highway 51 makes it so easy to reach.
