The answer is C for obvious reasons +Robert Jacobson ...the car doesn't make it through the loop...there isn't enough momentum

This is a problem from the Louisiana Educational Assessment Program (LEAP) grade 8 practice exam. Eighth graders in Louisiana must pass this exam to progress to grade 9.

Discuss.

I've been riding 24/7 for about ten years; so I use my bike equipment extensively. I checked out the main players in Eugene when I bought my bike. I was impressed with Sue and company. I can't relate to the person who said they were stand-offish; that's just a type of sales approach. I found them freindly. I dind't find any of the local players rushed me for a sale. That is the layed back approach to bike sales in Eugene; you want to be smoozed go to Rodeo Drive. Yes, I did want to be smoozed but I'll settle for a good bike price. I didn't find them to be more expensive then the rest, or the internet for that matter. Given their location they could be exploitive, but they're not. I did find them informed and savvy purchasers of good products. I stopped price comparing about four years in and I don't bother looking elswere anymore. I gotten many items for the bike over the years and I always ended up finding it at Blue Heron (nice name btw.) When I needed a bike seat for comfort/quality they had the sellection and I just got inductive lighting for my wheels. I highly recommend that technology. If your buying replaceables, like brake shoes, at a bike shop your a fool and you deserve to pay more for conveneince. Here's a tip: Bi-Mart. Check out the extra thick bike innertubes from Sime. That will save you miles of walking. They can't keep them in-stock, so I was over to Springfield and bought three for my DIY electric trike build. At $10 they seem expensive BUT they're not. That's required riding. Sail on Sailor!
