Beautiful decor (high ceilings, great decor and crystal chandeliers all add to the effect). Great wine list, and nice assortment of options on the menu, My scallops were amazing, and gnocchi pasta course was great as well; the pizza we ordered I would give a "good"... Overall portions seemed on the small side given price. Lastly our table location detracted from the experience (on the balcony level) as we felt a little left out of the vibe and view downstairs. Overall I liked it, and am likely to return (but request a table on the main level next time.) Definitely worth checking out.

I went to Nellcote for a birthday dinner with a friend. I have to say that the interior space is very impressive. You feel like you're in a large French mansion that has had modern upgrades! It is classic, yet modern with a touch of bling! In the evening the space is very dimly lit, but it doesn't feel dark as it's a light interior. I have to say that the food did not particularly wow me, but it was definitely good, but nothing too memorable unfortunately. I gave that extra star more for the interior design and fabulous ambiance. All the smartly dressed, beautiful people seem to dine here! I ordered the half Amish chicken, which was very juicy... but it was just a regular tasting chicken.

This restaurant / bar has the best atmosphere for a low key, but high class, birthday party. The food is creative and delicious. The drink menu is varied and amazing. The wines can be used to judge a good date ;)

My first time dining here was the first week it opened and I remember falling in love with the decor and vibe! Each subsequent visit has exceed my expectations in terms of delicious food, amazing service and fun cocktails. I went on my server's recommendation for the 'rock and a hard place' cocktail on my last visit. I'm usually not a huge fan of Campari, but this drink was very well balanced and was the perfect compliment to our shared starters. I will definitely be back!

The drinks are absolutely heavenly and the service is fantastic. The last time I went my server let me change my drink order several times because I couldn't make up my mind. Food is always great (the menu changes a lot, which I love). 6 stars for ambiance. Also, their bathroom is the nicest one I think I've ever used. Their handsoap smells like Paris.

Nellcote. No wait... Nellcôte. I needed to make sure I got that right accent on there. Don't let the accent fool you. Sure it's a classy place in here but it's not pretentious. Nellcôte offers fantastic food that I find slightly more comfort in than one might expect. You'll find dishes you recognize with flourishes of fancy. Some oolala pizza toppings and some gourmet pasta; They have something for every taste. During the warmer months you may be lucky enough to have a seat on the back patio (a completely transformed alleyway). If you find yourself dining in this hidden space, you'll feel as though you've slipped away from it all. If it makes you wish you could stay and linger, you can! Head next door for some after dinner bubbly at RM.
