Owner is great. She has wonderful services available. Just wish she would get rid of the employee at the front desk with dark she is rude and entitled and acts like she's doing me a favor everytime I go there. I have spent hundreds of dollars there over the years and will stop going because of her.

I purchased a TWO year membership for my girlfriend at Planet Beach East Sac (& Natomas, both owned by the same owner) and today they denied her service. Planet Beach East Sac was recently closed down according to their “lease expiring....” I heard they just couldn’t pay the rent. There isn't a new business in that location now... Due to their move & un-organization the credit card information was said to be "lost in the move." Funny thing about this is that she has been going to the Natomas location for 3+ months now since their hydration bed had not been working for several weeks around the month of January. Tonight she called in to make an appointment and they told her, "your account was not charged for the month of May so you cannot tan tonight unless you re-fill out the paperwork and submit a payment" My account was charged on May 3rd via EFT from Planet Beach. Not only is the service horrible but who knows were everyone’s credit card information is. When I tried to call in to tell the manager that’s she was completely in the wrong and even provided her with the banking information over the phone I was basically called a liar. I then had to go out of my way to defend myself and physically show her the bank statement that demonstrated that I was in fact charged for their services for the month of May 2011. The big picture is that you can NOT charge someone for a service that you are promising to provide and then deny them of it. Horrible service, always problems with the equipment, not to mention the inconvenience that all the east Sac customers will have to deal with just because their name is “not in their system”(at the Natomas location.) This is not how you run a business nor is this the type of establishment I would recommend to ANYONE.

All the girls are very friendly and helpful here. I really like the location and they way it's decorated inside. Price wise - I think it's a great deal. Ask about student discounts. I would definitely recommend it. When my contract is up, I will be signing up for another.

Been to plenty of different establishments, looking for a good fit when it comes to price and service. I didn't find it until I visited the Planet Beach in Natomas. All the girls, at this location, are a joy to talk to and interact with whenever I visit, the salon is always in great shape and the owner runs a great business, and has become a close friend, as well. I cannot recommend this location enough, as all others in the same franchise, and tanning salons in general, pale in comparison. Thanks, Belinda and Sue!

Customer service sucks. I couldn't get a price over the phone. She wanted me to drive all the way out there to tell me what the prices were. She was very rude on the phone and wouldn't tell me any price range what so ever. Not good customer service at all!! If you want someone to come into your store you don't cut them off on the phone and tell them there is no way you will give them a price until they come in. They will not be getting my service!

Nice place. Kind of small, but great customer service. They only have one level 1 bed, so there is usually a few people waiting to use it.
