The Director was not a friendly person. She never greeted people and just seem to have a nasty disposition about herself. I bought my kids in as usual only to find out they were no longer enrolled. There was.a misunderstanding about when to pay a pro rated amount on my part, because my kids had just started there. I misunderstood something, but even so, there was no warning given prior to the action. I missed 3 days of work trying to find a new day care. I felt it was thoughtless and uncaring of her to do so without a message or warning. Paying was never an issue. The sad thing is it is very difficult to go over her head if you need help. I called to get the area Supervisors number and they wouldn't give it to me. I refused to give her my name; I was completely disgusted. They transferred me over to someone claiming to be the area Supervisor. She already knew who I was and what I calling about, I questioned that. She claimed to have been there the morning it happened and knew of the story. I believe to this day it was the Director pretending to be the area Supervisor. I will never do business with this Daycare or their associate's again. It was a Horrible experience! I had never been treated that way before and I know for a fact that daycares leaves messages about payment due dates.

My 4 year old daughter has been at this location since 2014. She loves her teachers Ms. Annette and Ms. Valerie!! The staff genuinely cares about their kids and the families. Ms. Tracy and Ms. Yaz are always available to hear about any concerns. The pre K graduation and dance classes and recitals were so memorable. We will miss being part of the Creative kids family.

My son has been at Creative Kids for a year and he loves it! The staff is friendly and helpful. The teachers do a great job with all the kids. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a preschool. We have had a great experience.

My son has been attending Creative Kids Learning Center for just over a year now. At first it was hard, harder on me, but the teachers took my son in with open arms and he loves it there. He is continually asking for his teachers when he wakes up in the morning and on the weekends. He has made so many friends and has learned so much for the amazing staff. The Administrators are always open to conversation and concerns about my child and that helps me feel that he is in a safe place. My son will attend CKLC until he no longer can! :-)

Horrible! Do not take your kids here!! I walked in to pick up my two year old the teacher was holding him in the air by his hand and was saying no we don't do that. I told the director and pulled my kids out of there! Nobody ever called to ask what happened or anything. The director just swept it under the rug and the girl still works there!

My children have been attending Creative Kids for almost 4 years now. We cannot say enough about the quality of care they provide our family. They have made every effort to get to know each of our children on an individual basis. When you walk in the door you always feel welcome. I would recommend Creative Kids to anyone looking for an amazing group of women that will treat your kids like their own.

Basically blamed our 3 year old for getting scratched, bitten, and bullied (when all he did was act like a 3 year old). When he first started, everything seemed fine. Then after a few months or so our son came home with a bite mark on his arm. They told us what happened... that another kid bit him and that the kid is under watch. The very next day my son had scratches on his face, next to his eye. Not just little scratches, but the slightly bloody kind. At this point they didn't tell us if it was the same kid or not; however, the VERY next day our son had a bite mark on his back. Of course we were upset with what was going on and expressed our concern but kept him there because they are suppose to know how to handle this stuff. Over the next week he kept getting scratched (about every other day). They mentioned there were a couple kids in the class doing it. They finally told us there was one kid who they couldn't talk about because of privacy issues (which I understand), but that the kid had "issues" and the mother was warned that one more time and the kid would be out. Well... one more time happened the next time my son was there. Bite mark. And I don't mean a slight bite mark, this kid on 2 occasions deeply bit my son. At this point my son looked like he had been in a vicious attack (after about a week and a half). We let Creative Kids know how disappointed we were with how they were handling everything. From what we understood, there were 2 boys in the class who were biting and scratching kids but for some reason the one boy who had "issues" targeted my son the most. The day after that we picked our son up in the late afternoon and they presented us with a paper. Apparently the teacher was instructed to log every single thing my 3 year old son did which an adult wouldn't normally do. I say "adult" because everything on that paper was something a 3 year old would do. She logged, for example, how our son took another toy away from one child at 10am. At 10:30am he wouldn't line up in the line to go outside. At 12pm he kept getting up while they were suppose to be sitting. At 1pm he threw a fit because the teacher told him to put a toy away and he didn't want to. Apparently this piece of paper was meant to show that my son is a bad seed and that he must have in some way provoked the other two kids to hurt him. Can you imagine that? They were singling my son, the victim, out and basically showing us how he's not behaving. How am I suppose to take that? They are THREE! My son was getting hurt and they tried to show me proof that he isn't so perfect either. And no where did it mention my son ever bit or scratched another kid. We never came back. I didn't even respond to the letter because either way my son wasn't going back and what was I going to do... "change their mind"?

Nothing more than an overpriced daycare, I enrolled my three year old and after 4 days me and my husband withdrew her, they promote safety, organization, and professionalism but that wasn't the case.
