Family man, sports fan, journalist
Introduction
I hail from northern Utah, where I graduated from Bear River High. After an LDS mission to Santiago, Chile, I graduated from BYU-Idaho and the University of Utah. I have worked for several newspapers and currently write for the Mormon Times and Features sections of the Deseret News. I love my job.
Bragging rights
My wife and I have four kids. I actually earned my Eagle Scout award. I once accepted the game ball at a University of Utah-Arizona State football game on behalf of my employer, one of the game's main sponsors, which was pretty cool.
