(Phys.org) -- Philosophers have debated the nature of time long before Einstein and modern physics. But in the 106 years since Einstein, the prevailing view in physics has been that time serves as the fourth dimension of space, an arena represented mathematically as 4D Minkowski spacetime. However, ...

Thanks for the update on the cavern webcams. I'm fairly sure the CERN software is still there for these webcams as they have camera are unreachable slides active. Thanks anyway for trying. The best #Quantum computer Primer video I have seen, should be Quantum Computer Prerequisite 101
Someday, somehow, quantum computing is going to change the world as we know it. Even the lamest quantum computer is orders of magnitude more powerful than anything we could ever make today. But figuring out how to program one is ridiculously hard.

Question:
Why can't Sagittarius A* (Sgr A*), be the Exit of a Black Hole if 99% of it's matter is ejected back into space?
Using NASA's Chandra X-ray Observatory, astronomers were able to determine why materials around a giant black hole in the Milky Way had extraordinarily faint x-rays.

Now this what I have been waiting for, 3D printing with liquid metal.
A new method for printing 3D structures and wires from liquid metal opens up possibilities for flexible and stretchable electronic connections. Read this article by Amanda Kooser on CNET.

"This is in accord with a Gödel view of time. By 1949, Gödel had produced a remarkable proof: 'In any universe described by the theory of relativity, time cannot exist.' Our research confirms Gödel's vision: time is not a physical dimension of space through which one could travel into the past or future.”

The devices, called optical lattice clocks, lost just one second every 300 million years - making them three times as accurate as current atomic clocks.

Lost? So this thing has been on for 300.000.000 years? ;)
Most of the commentators should immediately hand in any device that has gps in it. :)
