Friendly service, crappy pie. Avoid the pecan unless you hate pecan pie.

Have you ever heard of having to pay extra for Parmesan? Me neither.

Tasteless three day old rye bread served with cheap olive oil. Wilted old greens. Grocery-store pasta. Odd service. Discordant decor. Go to Swiss Chalet.

Great AYCE service, well-made rolls, fresh fish. Only knocks are a limited menu and iffy fried dishes like the greasy tempura and incredibly tough teriyaki beef. Stick to the classics and you'll be happy.

Fresh food, well assembled in good portions. Lose a star for a less than stellar beer collection. Creemore bottles are as good as it gets here.

Yes, their Greek salad has only one olive. Unless you're female, then you get two because the sixty year old career server might be a creep. Their complementary bread is garlicky and the best thing they've got going for them. Yes, this is the Red Lobster of Greek cuisine. Calamari is made in-house, but no quality of batter can hide the funk so rubber. Potatoes are bland. Rice is blander. Chicken isn't cooked all the way through. You'd complain, but after a dinner like that, death just doesn't seem so bad.
