Understaffed. This store can't adequately serve its customers even when its not busy... and its worse when it is busy. The staff is really nice and helpful when you can get their attention or find them.

Great job, friendly and competent staff, and the prices are the best in town from my experiences.

We loved this place and plan on staying here again. It was clean, creative, and fun! The owners were incredibly laid back and friendly, but gave us plenty of privacy. Loved the entire experience!

I grew up in Shiner always going to these ladies for cuts, dyes, styling etc., and continually make the journey home and use their services. After leaving Shiner nearly a decade ago, I'd had to pay people 2 times as much to receive the quality of service these ladies provide at a reasonable price. Don't get me wrong, they are not dirt cheap, but the VALUE is great.

Randy bent over backwards to help me out, be friendly, and make sure every last detail of my print jobs were perfect. On top of that, his prices are incredible. I don't think I can gush enough about how impressed I was. I've worked in a print shop my self, and I can vouch that they went above and beyond the call of duty.

Great place! We really enjoyed it and the hostesses are incredible. They have mastered the perfect balance between privacy and personable, enjoyable conversations. The pictures on their website really down play the great homey (yet retro-ecliptic) decor of the home, the space, and the natural beauty surrounding it. You'll be pleasantly surprised when you arrive. I couldn't recommend a better place to stay in this area. Well worth every penny. It's location couldn't be better either... 1/2 way between Dripping Springs and Hamilton Pool! We will definitively stay here again.

I received high quality service from University Flowers, but have been flooded with emails and junk mail from them ever since. I have called, emailed, and attempted to unsubscribe from their email list online, but it has not worked. B/c its just a florist (which aren't hard to find or replace), I will never do business here for the plain and simple reason that I'm sick of receiving their endless junkmail. If you do decide to use them, refrain from giving them a mailing address, phone number, or email address. You will never hear the end of it from them otherwise. I was treated like customer when I did business with them, but now they treat me like I'm a target of telemarketing.... except there's no opt-out option with these people. Also, it's be a year since I did business them, and i still hear from them.
