"Truffle mac and cheese had barely any Truffle oil in it, but was still tasty."

My favorite restaurant in Bozeman! They knock it out of the park every time. I love the creativity and how well executed the food is. So fun getting a variety of food and small plates. I'm always blown away. So delish!

Great choices, even some for the budget conscious, but still yummy food. The plantains especially were good. Since it is tapas the portions are small so beware. Excellent, excellent service!

Consistently fabulous! I have been eating here every couple of months since they opened and I have never been disappointed. I love the ever evolving menu, it seems like I can always try something new - which is surprising because I am a vegetarian. There are very few restaurants in town that offer more than one or two vegetarian options, but Tapas always has a great selection of vegetarian dishes. Favorites from the menu include the patatas bravas and the goat cheese croquettes (hands down, the best thing I have ever eaten). Tonight, I went for dinner with my husband and my in-laws. There were a total of 7 tapas dishes and 2 desserts (the fried strawberry rhubarb pie was to-die-for) for $80, including a tap beer that my father in-law really enjoyed. We were all stuffed when we left. Great food and portions for the money. The service was PHENOMENAL...our waitress was amazing! The restaurant was packed and she made us feel like we were the only table she had. She heard me drop a utensil from several tables away and before I had a chance to blush, she identified it as a fork (by sound alone) and had a new one in my hand almost instantly. The only reason I find this restaurant expensive is because all of a sudden I find myself tipping 25% thanks to the stellar service (and, really, this isn't a problem!). Bravo, Tapas. I will always be back...

Tapas are expensive. When you order tapas in a town with no competition doubly so. Expect to $10 for each dish with a minumum of 3 dishes between a couple. If you are hungry and order drinks expect to spend well over $50 for 2. If you know what to expect it quite a nice time with a great atmosphere attentive and warm service and that intimate tapas experience. The limited bathroom capacity is probably the biggest issue, particularly later in the night when everyone in the room is drinking at a steady pace. Waiting in line in front of the whole restaurant detracts from the otherwise classy feel.
