Delicious soooooo much food. The Cuban mix was loaded and the roast pork had so much flavor. Little confusing because there is a store, cafe, bakery, and a sit down restaurant. All have food, but we sat in the cafe and service was great!

Excellent!!!! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was great. They were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. I can't wait to come back!!! (By the way their cheese flan is the best! )

I had a taste for a good Cuban sandwich so why not go to a Tampa stable, La Teresita. Well, here's why! Because after I got home and ate half of my sandwich, I realized a big rotten hold on the side of the tomato in my sandwich. Yuck! Wont go back!

I don't know what authentic cuban food tastes like but according to the local friends we met at La Teresita's for a late dinner, this is some of the best in Tampa. I had the pork and it was amazing. I literally never needed my knife; it was that tender. Everything we tried - the cafe con leche, the fried plantains, the oxtail - it was all delicious. The best part is that the total tab for 2 of us was $22, including a healthy tip because we were so pleased with the food and shocked at the low prices.

Went to La Teresita because a friend recommended it after I asked where to get some Cuban sandwiches. This business is poorly kept, has horrid parking, and unfriendly service. Now about that sandwich I ordered; It was utterly atrocious. It was hastily thrown together with old ingredients. It lacked care from the preparer and resulted in an abomination they called a sandwich. Will never go back there again or recommended it people whom I care.

The prices are good but the food is not cuban.... The servers are great and funny, they are truly characters... The problem is in the amount of cooks they have from central america that are not trained appropriately for the job. Cooking is an art, even more when you are cooking cuban or puerto rican food. The food here at La Teresita is bland and tasteless, it does not taste at all the way cuban food should taste. The place is dirty.

I don't know about the restaurant, but the little cafeteria was not good at all. I got pollo asado and tostones. The chicken was a bone in breast worth about .50 cents if you bought it at the supermarket, seasoned with what tasted like Lowry's seasoned salt. I'm Cuban, so I know this had absolutely NO Cuban seasoning. It was dry and gross. I ate a few bites and left the rest, and paid $8 for it, it came with NO sides..? The tostones were hard and extra greasy, but luckily they bring you out a big bowl of a tasteless oil dip for them, as if they need anymore grease. Only thing good was the free Cuban toast they give you, the cafe con leche (although I had to add my own sugar), and the staff is super nice. Won't recommend them, and won't ever go back.
