Thank you Bree Y for your quick response to my complaint regarding Majestic Peaks on October 12, 2016. I really wished that this could have been resolved while we were at the cabin instead of thru messaging. I do thank the guest care people, like Tiffany, Brandei (spelling) and Kelley that were helpful, to a certain degree, but most kind and sympathetic. However, our issues couldn't be solved by kindness. The cabin was a really nice cabin and clean. Yes, I am one of those people that will pull back covers and sheets and check for cleanliness and walk thru the property and check for any other problems before unloading and beginning a stay at any cabin or rented house. Bree, thank you for sharing with me the information that couldn't be helped on your part but should have been reported way before we got there, even by the owner (who may have been the root to the issues we had). Nonetheless, I do understand, after talking to you, that your hands were tied in the major issues we dealt with.The minor issues...well....that can be fixed I am sure after talking with you. I hope that you are able to talk to the owners and have them change what is advertised for that cabin. It is a shame that a nice cabin wasn't represented like the website mentioned due to changes that you were unaware of. I believe your words and understand the circumstances. God willing, I will visit again next year with family and friends to give the resort another try.
