解決電子設備在戶外環境下的散熱問題,常使用的解決方式為: #油切式變電箱散熱 所衍生之 #脈衝式熱管(PHP)散熱技術,可用以改善高壓電降溫油箱的效能。

脈衝式熱管(或稱為震盪式熱管(Oscillating Heat Pipe; OHP)是較傳統熱管或平板型熱管更適合做為 #LED產品之熱傳元件
脈衝式熱管傳熱過程同時包含顯熱與潛熱兩種熱傳機制的作用,而傳統熱管則僅利用潛熱之機制來進行熱量傳遞,這兩種熱管之熱傳機制是不相同的。

不同直徑的熱管,導熱性能究竟有多大的區別呢?
熱管直徑增大,使熱管毛細滲透率提高,也提高了熱管的導熱效率。但是,並非熱管數量越多、管徑越大越好,還需要考慮到晶片頂蓋與熱管的接觸面積。如果熱管受熱面積不均勻,或者熱管的利用率太低,仍然不能有效提散熱效果。
常見的組合方式: 4個8mm,或是8mm+6mm混合配製

LED is an important application light source in the world. Only 15-30% of the energy of the LED can be converted into light, so 70% of the energy needs to be transferred quickly.
#HeatPipes can quickly transfer heat to solve this problem without generating additional new energy.

LED具備多項成熟優勢,例如高效率、省電、高反應速度、壽命長、及不含汞的環保特點,是全世界重要的應用光源,尤其是車燈設計上。然而實際上輸入LED的能量中僅有15-30%能量可以轉換為光,因此70%的能量需要被快速的移轉熱能,將是LED燈設計時需要考量的結構設計。熱管可以快速轉移熱解決此問題,又不會生成額外的新的能量(例如:風扇)
