The restaurant was almost empty when my husband and I ate here. Even so, it took a long time for our server to greet us. There was another long wait for her to bring us two simple drinks (water and iced tea), then for her to bring us the bill later. My husband's utensils and the bowl for my food were dirty with spots of leftover food from other people's meals. He ordered a mushroom ravioli dish, which he liked, but the price was too much for only five pieces of ravioli. My chicken alfredo pasta was okay; not better than most frozen versions from the grocery store.

When we arrived there were already several customers who had been waiting extended periods of time for their food to arrive. We had an older waiter who never brought us refills, and neglected all of his tables. The restaurant was nearly empty and it still took us an hour to get our food. The food was okay but the service and experience was awful.

Possibly the worst experience I have had in an August restaurant. The food, although reasonably priced, was over cooked. I ordered a steak rare and what I got was closer to medium well. Not trying to sound like a snob but if I am going to spend $21 on a steak it should be cooked the way I want it. Will never eat there again. I will go somewhere that appreciates my business and can get a food order right.

Meh, tried it for the first time. The starter bread was too salty, the service wasn't too great & the food was just ok. OG is much much better!

The staff were friendly and we didn't wait long at all to get our food (but IMO they were slow for a Friday). The main complaint I have was the food. It was very bland. . .no seasoning or flavor at all. I tasted my husband's Alfredo and it tasted like plain noodles. I ordered a spinach, ricotta cannelloni--- and it too was completely void of flavor. I even tried to add some salt and pepper, but that didn't even help. I will say the bread was good though. Another issue I had was the dishes were dirty. Still had dried on food bits. . gross. I know this happens occasionally when dining out, but when I asked for a replacement (which the waiter graciously got) it also had dried food bits on it, as did the silverware. I know I sound like a complainer, but I really am not. I just think if you are going to pay for a certain type of service you should get that. I was excited to have moved to a place with a Macaroni Grill as my last experience was so great. . I was just not impressed with this visit at all.

My experience here was fantastic. My significant other took me here on a romantic date and I enjoyed it immensely. The food was amazing and the service was top of the line.

Service is sucks. I'm not usually a complainer, but if you're expecting the same quality of food and service here as you would at other Macaroni Grill restaurants in the country, you will be highly disappointed. The only good thing my table had was mac n cheese bites and the bread. I can cook better fettuccine Alfredo and the chicken was rubbery and tasted precooked. The waitress came to us 7 minutes after sitting. No drink menu, never told us the specials, no personality, etc. service was slow, yet the place was less than a third full and still had at least 8 servers. Would not recommend this place at all.

I'm surprised this location doesn't have more stars - I go to Macaroni Grill at this location all the time, especially for date nights. Even though it's a chain restaurant, it always gives me a local feel. The waiters are nice, the food is good, the wine is good, and often on special. They even recreate my favorite dessert for me because it's not on the menu anymore. The portions are hearty and I love the bread. I've never had a bad time, and I hope they show more people this side of them, because for me eating here has always been a treat.
