2nd UPDATE 11/5/2015: Was promised coupons within 7-10 days. Guess What!!! I haven’t received anything, no coupons. So disappointed. Seems like they only called to pacify the situation with broken promises. Thanks for nothing. UPDATE 10/13/15: Macoroni Grill reached out to me and has since apologized and said that services will be improving. I appreciate the Directors for calling and following up with me within a couple days. They were attentive to my feedback and promised coupons to help ease the pain we suffered. 10/11/15 My feedback concerns involve service, food, and beverages. After a long flight and delays, we decided to get some dinner. We have never eaten at Macaroni Grill and decided to try it out. As we were pulling up, I thought they were closed because there were only about 5 cars in parking lot. It was only 4:15pm. When we walked in, the dining room only had guests at 4 tables, all the rest of the tables had dirty plates, glasses and silverware except for about 5. After waiting 10 minutes, the host asked us if we would like to sit at a booth or a table. We chose booth and then she said that it would take about 10 minutes to clean off a table because they were a bit understaffed. We waited patiently, after about 20 minutes we went back up to the hostess and told her to just let us sit at a regular table and noticed no other tables had been cleaned. So she sat us in the back. We were starting to really wonder, what was going on, other guests were just sitting with no food and the hostess and the bartender are running around trying to take orders. Finally after another 15 minutes of waiting, the hostess comes back over to us and tells us to bear with her and that 2 waitstaff had called out and that one waitress was being fired and that she, the hostess, would be our server. Unfortunately for us, the hostess was brand new and did not know what she was doing and she told us that she was just thrown out to the floor to serve customers. We finally begin to give her our order in which we ordered a chicken ceasar salad, flatbread pepperoni calzoni, side salad, and stuffed mushrooms, also a margarita and a bellini. Now since the other "server" aka the bartender was on the floor waiting tables, no one was available to make our drinks at the bar. Our server, the "hostess" had to constantly beg the bartender/host/server, to help her by making drinks when he decided to snap at her. So now we had to wait another 20 minutes for him to decide he was ready to make the drinks. After a total of 30 minutes sitting at a table watching nothing but mayhem and confused customers, we finally get bread and water, still no drinks or our salads or meal. The poor girl helping us is steady coming to our table to tell us sorry and that she is new and that she is trying to get the things we want but no one is cooperating, not even the cooks. Not once did the female manager we heard in the back, talking very loudly, come out to apologize or accommodate. To make a long story short, because there is more much more, we finally received drinks and food after 45 minutes. My pepperoni calzone had no pepperoni, my husband's chicken ceasar salad had burnt chicken, our Bellini and Martini was completely watered down and tasted very horrible and then to top it off we get a bill costing $54.16 after all this made me sick to my stomach. This location needs help and training. Service, food, and beverages was horrible. Bartenders, Hostess, and whatever else not qualified to even bring water to the table. Oh and I cannot forget the server that was fired right before we came in walking and flaunting herself around the dining room with an undershirt and no bra on like everything is just ok. It was despicable, it was a fiasco. This was our first and last visit to this place We feel completely sorry for the new host to have to be thrown into a pit of doom. WE SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED A FULL REFUND, BUT MANAGER ABANDONED SHIP.

New managers and new staff. You can tell they're working hard to promote a new reputation in town. Good food, decent service... looking forward to what the next few months can do for these guys.

The restaurant was almost empty when my husband and I ate here. Even so, it took a long time for our server to greet us. There was another long wait for her to bring us two simple drinks (water and iced tea), then for her to bring us the bill later. My husband's utensils and the bowl for my food were dirty with spots of leftover food from other people's meals. He ordered a mushroom ravioli dish, which he liked, but the price was too much for only five pieces of ravioli. My chicken alfredo pasta was okay; not better than most frozen versions from the grocery store.

A group of us went for dinner and it was so poor at least 10 left before desert was served. At one point the staff had a huge cheer when a gin and tonic was finally delivered after 1 hour YES 1 hour!! The staff then lied to us about a group discount so I can only recommend avoiding this restaurant at all costs.

The staff appeared to be nice until an entree was returned. Then everyone walked around talking amongst themselves making for a very uncomfortable situation. The manager was kind enough to replace the meal but the replacement chicken was over cooked and there wasn't any sauce or cheese. First visit to this location not very happy.

Nothin.... The service was aweful.... My waiter Micheal was not friendly at all.... My whole table order was screwed up and the manager didn't even come to speak with us at all.... Even after I asked to speak with him but send Micheal back out to offer 1 free dessert...and the manager was a complete ass and lied about our being correct!!!!

The staff were friendly and we didn't wait long at all to get our food (but IMO they were slow for a Friday). The main complaint I have was the food. It was very bland. . .no seasoning or flavor at all. I tasted my husband's Alfredo and it tasted like plain noodles. I ordered a spinach, ricotta cannelloni--- and it too was completely void of flavor. I even tried to add some salt and pepper, but that didn't even help. I will say the bread was good though. Another issue I had was the dishes were dirty. Still had dried on food bits. . gross. I know this happens occasionally when dining out, but when I asked for a replacement (which the waiter graciously got) it also had dried food bits on it, as did the silverware. I know I sound like a complainer, but I really am not. I just think if you are going to pay for a certain type of service you should get that. I was excited to have moved to a place with a Macaroni Grill as my last experience was so great. . I was just not impressed with this visit at all.

When we arrived there were already several customers who had been waiting extended periods of time for their food to arrive. We had an older waiter who never brought us refills, and neglected all of his tables. The restaurant was nearly empty and it still took us an hour to get our food. The food was okay but the service and experience was awful.
