Looking for programmers
I'm looking to build a serious team to make a game. The agreement is simple for this FPS series. Agree to partnership with equal earnings for those of the same rank, if it is found necessary to hire, we will build a budget to pay those people. This is not a company...yet. The only other agreement is a confidentiality agreement to protect my IP as we build a team. The terms end when the series is complete or the company is built, whichever comes first. IP ownership will be transferred to the company.

I am drawing up all of the plans, will be testing, contributing as much as I can in all areas of development, and am willing to use asset store items. What will set this game apart is the list of innovative features.

I can create 3D objects in detail with Blender (structures), I am skilled in Inkscape, and want to develop the very basic usable environment first. You can use your preexisting assets. I am about halfway through the story, have a unique story element, and am almost done with various combat abilities.

I want to use traditional controls for PC mouse & keyboard and controller configurations. I want to improve the game as we go, hopefully for an easier development experience.

My goal is to move this title to console as well.
