I've been going to see Lisa for over a year now. I'm a male, and I have longer, curly hair. My hair has always been both a source of pride, and a source of constant frustration. It's curly enough that it doesn't really look right short, but straight enough that as it gets longer, it can easily look frayed and unkempt- especially since it's on a guy. Lisa is like a hair magician! She makes useful recommendations, and she knows what she's doing. I've been to a few stylists- with hair like mine, typical men's salons and places like super cuts just don't cut it. It's SO easy to mess up curly hair, and it's a pain in the ass to wait for it to grow out after it's been screwed up by someone- which is exactly how I met Lisa Marie. I had gone a couple to times to a stylist recommended by a lady friend of mine, and the third time I saw him, he did a hack job on me. I was infuriated! I'm a guy- I don't have time to waste on haircare. That doesn't mean I don't want it to look good, it just means I didn't grow up with bunches of haircare products and a support group consisting of people that gave a rats ass about their hair, or even a second thought. I wish I didn't have to, but with curly hair, you have to care, at least a little. I want a haircut that looks good, that's easy to manage in the morning, and that I don't have to worry about. When it gets hacked, I'm suddenly forced to care too much, and too spend too much time trying to fix it. Lisa Marie takes that stress away! I can take her word for what looks good, because whenever she says it does, I get tons of compliments. Since I've been going to Lisa Marie, I've become known as the guy at work with the awesome hair- by guys and girls! And the bonus is, it takes 5 minutes to style in the morning! I don't stress about it, and I don't worry that the next cut will take 6 months to recover from. Lisa is one stylist I can HIGHLY recommend! :)

This is my favorite breakfast spot in all of Seattle! I discovered this quaint little gem a year or so ago with a friend. I was blown away by the perfectly cooked eggs Benedict! I quickly realized that the menu items are strikingly similar to Pokemon- I gotta collect 'em all! I've been back many times since, and anytime I have a good friend or relative visit, I make sure to bring them here! On top of the comfortable, calm decor, and the consistently, perfectly cooked eggs, their service is stellar! Linnea is the main star, remembering my name and favorite coffee drink (Latte). I am always greeted with a smile, always treated like family, and always leave happier than when I came in! If you hate DELICIOUS food, fantastic service, and wonderful coffee, then you should absolutely avoid this place! If you're an even moderately sane human being, then stop in, and eat until your hearts content- don't worry, it won't take long :)

Awesome place, great beer prices, and the owner and his wife are both way cool. Maybe the last review was different owners? Hard to say, but it's a great place now! Good beer prices, good vape juice prices, and a very friendly owner :)

Amazing people. This is the best jack in the box I've been to in years. There's a girl with purple hair that has an AMAZING attitude, and another girl that does, too. I don't know how to describe her, I forgot her name. I forget everyone's names, and it sucks that I do. But I do. So the other girl is black. And she's awesome, too. Just great people, doing good work. I'd hire them both in a second. Go here. Eat here. Be happy. I love this jack in the box. I love it because it has these two amazing girls...

Good Thai food, good prices! They will sub coconut milk for regular milk in their Thia Iced Tea, and that's something I appreciate- delicious, light, creamy crab wontons won't make you sad, either...

Proper Cloth is the bomb! I feel like I have been waiting for them my whole life! I am so happy to finally have a place to get shirts that fits them to my "unique" build. I'm an athletic 5'11", with broad shoulders and a thicker chest- until now, if I wanted to by a shirt that fit my shoulders and chest, I had to deal with the "tent" effect. Apparently, I'm supposed to be pretty fat. If I wanted to avoid the billowing below my chest, I had to deal with not being able to extend my arms comfortably, and obvious tension in the buttons on my chest- the equivalent of wearing a baby gap t-shirt to show off my muscles, which is not something I do, or want to do. I'm not even a big, muscly guy-I'm just fit. At Proper Cloth, I get comfortable, custom fit shirts that look good, and don't cost two paychecks. I love you Proper Cloth, please don't die.
