You can improve restless leg syndrome symptoms with exercise – low impact, early in the day, mix stretching/gentle weight training/moderate aerobic activity, about half an hour daily. Good choices: Yoga, walking, cycling, water aerobics, etc. Avoid running, especially near bedtime! What’s your favorite way to exercise?

Weighing too much or too little affects fertility – for both men and women. In fact, it’s the primary cause for infertility for 12% of couples having difficulty conceiving! Snow-shoeing is a fun, healthy wintertime adventure! If you’ve never done it before, consider renting snowshoes. Choose smallest size that will support your weight for ease & agility. Layer up for warmth, bring along a folding shovel in case you get stuck, and use poles. Have you tried snowshoeing?
