If you need virtually anything tech-related, you'll most likely find it here. And their staff is highly knowledgeable about their products, so when I have a question I know they'll be able to answer it for me. Just don't expect the cheapest price around. They don't overprice, but I usually find similar things a few bucks less at more of a chain store such as Target. But you definitely lack the expertise of the staff at Microcenter if you go anywhere else.

Good selection and prices that will sometimes compete with online retailers. Double check your prices so you don't get ripped off. Always a line to check out

Went here to buy a smartwatch. They have a laughable selection. Go elsewhere for a smartwatch and save yourself time.

I visited Micro Center for the first time and was very pleased. The store had the parts I was looking for, and less expensive than I could have purchase online. I also saw some great deals on other items that will bring me back there this weekend. Quick service at the register as well. I wish they had one closer to my home north of Chicago, but that's a small issue.

Joseph M. was the best! I was very anxious/nervous about spending the money on a whole new system, but he was so friendly, quickly figured out what I needed and went above and beyond to explain everything (I'm not very familiar with computers) so that I understood my options. He made the process extremely easy and found me the best option well within my price range. I'll never shop anywhere else.

I'm a physical challenge person who need two arm braces(canes) to walk around and I can not be standing for a long period of time. The electric cart was not available at the time that I entered the store. on October 14,2015. I did my shopping there and when I was ready to pay, I did what I was told by a manager on my prior visit there and I approached the front end cashier, because I can not make the line standing. An employee named Ricky was very rude in his approach and did not believed when I told him that I was following a manager instructions regarding a disabled person waiting on line. I'm a customer for years now and I never encounter a person so rude like this guy. Micro Center does not have a line for disables and there is only one electric cart for people with disabilities. I would like to know what I can do when I return to your store. This could happens to any person with disabilities.

The computer repair technicians are incredible. I had been taking my desktop to geek squad for over 3 years for one problem, my desktop kept shutting down. I ditched those losers and finally took it to micro center, they fixed it within two visits. They kept me up to date with phone calls and the technician was polite as well as exceptionally knowledgeable. Not to mention initial diagnostics are only 40 dollars. I'm seriously blown away, I'm never going anywhere else again.

The worse phone service ever. Hold for 5 minutes and your call gets dropped. (They haven't changed their hold music in years) I repeated the call 3 times and every time the call was dropped after 5 minutes of hold time. How about standing in a long line waiting to get to a register? That's always fun. I look forward to that.

We are working to move all of our stores over to a centralized call center at the corporate office but the Elston Ave location has not been moved over quite yet.
