Story

Resident TECH was founded in 2003 by Karen Herrman with one purpose: and that is to help businesses to succeed on the Internet. The Internet will continue to grow in the B2B world. Resident TECH’s goal is to help any business that is interested in establishing an Online Marketing program to succeed.

Resident TECH is based in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Plus, we have offices in Saint Michael, Minnesota, Phoenix, AZ. with a satellite office in Wichita, Ks. We service customers across the United States.

Our team will pull together their knowledge to partner with your company to develop a winning Internet Marketing plan. Resident TECH will follow up with customers to insure they have received their return on investment.

Small business owners are looking for more than just marketing ideas - they need documented results that prove their sales, marketing and technology investments are paying off.

Resident TECH plans each company’s initiatives with their return on investment goals sharply in focus.

Resident TECH takes time to fully understand our customer’s business goals and everyday routines. We work with each department manager to gather ideas to help their overall daily work load. Resident TECH has worked with several Sales departments to develop tools for their Sales teams.

Resident TECH specializes in custom graphic design, custom HTML coding, Search Engine Indexing & Optimization, Internet Consulting, Java/JavaScript and PHP, Flash/Shockwave design, Database design, E-commerce, Content Management tools, Print Materials, Logos, Copywriting, and Web Hosting.
