Yes it should. I have no way to work it out, but basically you would create the macro in Cubase 8, assign it a key command, then you could use auto hot key to script the left click + the key command (from Cubase). Auto Hot Key is a free download and it's very solid. (similar to apple script). then, Touch OSC now allows you to assign key commands using it's midi bridge so whatever key command you created in auto hot key you could then link to your button. Or you could also search for alternatives to Osculator for windows. I haven't tried any of these but they were free and might also allow you to assign key commands or scripts directly to a button on Touch OSC.
