Excellent brewery bar, may be the best I visited on my Asheville brewery tour. I walked past and asked the bartender if he is open, he said not for another hour but I can pour you a beer. Place is so cool inside, you can see all the brewing equipment by the bar. Awesome place and great bartender. I chose the Hi-Wire Lager and it was one of my favourite beers on this trip. I wish I had the time to try more of their beers! They also had WiFi!

Was hoping that as we wind this Asheville trip to a close this IPA would be the one...it's not...I would rank it right it in the middle of Asheville IPA'S...average by nationwide standard's, at best...in March Madness terms, a one and done!

Good beer selection, good beer, wonderful staff, good space, and helpful folks! Check them out, I will be back soon! Don't forget their downtown location too!

Beer was good, the bartenders were friendly. The atmosphere was really cool, but the reason I'm giving this place a 2-star is the people there were some of the most pretentious snobs I've ever met in my life. If you're a stuck up hipster that is really self absorbed, then this is the place for you.

The location is pretty neat. The bathroom is s bit worn with some broken fixtures. They have a N64 with Mario Kart which is probably their best quality. Their beer is alright, favorite is the brown ale. Send to be a focus on bitters which aren't my favorite so a bit subjective on my part.

Cool Spot, decent beers. They have giant Jenga and Nintendo/N64, lots of TVs. The female bartender was super friendly-- the guy not so much. Avoid the Raspberry wine beer.

Has your typical Asheville style microbrew feel at the Hi-Wire. Good beers and variety and welcoming helpful staff compliment the cool laid back atmosphere. The building space is located around the warehouse style district, more so in the commercial area were many other craft brews call home here in Asheville, so it will have that familiar feel.
