America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses
1341 W Walnut Ave, Dalton, GA 30720
The option of not spending over $300 for one pair of glasses attracted me to America's Worst.

I started out getting contacts, which was a nightmare. I had never wore contacts before and even asked if someone could explain the care/process to me and was told to "google it".

I later went back to take advantage of the 2 pairs for $69 offer and that process was smooth but when I called 10 days later (since no one called me) I was informed that only one pair was in. Today is 4 weeks later and I had to call again (since no one called me even after speaking to 2 different members of management). I plan on picking up the glasses and never going back there again.....you get what you pay for (eventually)! I'm going back to Pearl Vision.

Hands down the biggest NIGHTMARE with attempting to have a warranty issue resolved through their service department. Wanted to just tell them NOT to touch my vehicle since no one seemed to talk to anyone else within their department. I spoke to 3 different service techs (who all called me just minutes apart). I had called ahead to schedule and was told I would receive a call back. I did receive a call the next day stating that the necessary parts were in. I dropped my vehicle off, was told it would be 2 1/2 - 3 hours to fix. I called 3 hours later to schedule pick up, was told that tech were still working on it, someone would call me back. Well someone called back 2 hours later and said that they had finished running diagnoistics on it (NOT what the vehicle was there for). I explained what the warranty issue was and was ensured that it would be finished by that afternoon. 2 other techs called and said that they had finished checking it out. I had to ask if they were certain we were talking about the same vehicle cause I had just been over this with someone else. Gentlemen apologized and said that it would be repaired and finished by 4:30. 10 minutes later someone else called to ask if I had issues putting gas in my vehicle (THAT IS WHAT IT WAS THERE FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE). So I am terrified of what has actually been done to my vehicle. I will cross stateline next time and make sure I go to a good mechanic that knows what they are doing and what I take my car there for.
