Good food and well-run location. Restaurant is clean and staff was very welcoming. I tried a frosted lemonade, now available in a large size, and was very pleased. Place is usually busy however and there can be quite a wait to get your food.

Staff were unorganized and unprofessional. I'm sure it was the shift and time of day. I went about 830p.

Fast and friendly service. Can get a bit crowded during the lunch and dinner rush, but you don't usually have to wait long to order or get your food. As always, spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles is the BEST.

First time! There was a long line but they kept it pretty efficient. I wish the waffle fries were more salted, because otherwise a bit bland. Got several different types of chicken and they all lived up to expectation. No frills chicken sandwiches that focus on the salted, battered chicken. Wanted to get a shake but their machine was broken so had to get a refund. All in all, pretty good! If you're driving and in a rush, there is a Whole Foods lot nearby that you can probably quickly park at and run to.

There are problems with kid gang activity at this location. On one recent visit, several high school aged children swarmed the restaurant and started hitting each other with blunt objects. Someone threw a stool and hit one of the other kids. Police hung out outside until the riot was over, employees continued to try and take orders. I contacted the owner, who is aware of the issue, but the most recent time I visited, one of the gang leaders was hanging out and taking with an employee. I don't feel safe at this location. This Chick-Fil-A is dangerous.

I can't speak to anything approaching the experience Eric had below. I can say that after visiting this location easily two dozen times over the last three years of living in downtown Silver Spring, I've always been treated in a friendly professional manner. Once I just wanted a sweet tea -- but they happened to be running a promotion, so they threw in eight chicken nuggets even though I didn't ask. Here's a free, wholly unrelated tip: pay your parking meter. Incidentally, if you go in wanting lemonade and the dispenser isn't fountaining (it's full of still lemonade), don't get lemonade. You'll just get a cup full of wet sweet lemon pulp instead.

Great think about chick fil a is that it's consistent lol. It's what you'd expect to get from any other chick fil a. Although this location is one of the busiest ones that I've been to.

Food is good, but line are long and most times its crowded with loud teens.

Chick-fil-A hasn't shared anything with you.

People are more likely to share with you if you add them to your circles.
