Very very good service. Super helpful even though they were busy. Could not have asked for more friendly, helpful experience. This is the kind of gun shop I was hoping to find. Great staff. Congrats to the owner/s for operating in this manor. Truly a pleasure to visit this shop. Would buy from them over big box stores, even if the prices were higher, which they aren't . Great prices, better service. Gotta love it !!!

I was so excited that a new range was opening close to my home, I couldn't wait to visit and shoot. I bought in early with a range membership. What a disappointment Metro Shooting Supplies has been. Rude customer service. I don't mean you have to ask for help rude, I mean RUDE !! Employee Dan Madrid being the best example of how not to treat customers. Rude at the counter, even more rude at the range, and high prices to boot. Why does Metro have a score of 18 out of 30 and Top Gun has a 28 on google reviews? Top Gun must have trained their employees, or at least hired more carefully. I've been shooting for 20 years. I don't need my hand held, or expect to waste anyone's time at the counter asking to hold every gun in the case. I understand that they are there to profit. This kind of customer service and word of mouth is what will run an otherwise good business into the ground. I have had good service from the gunsmith there. Very friendly and seems to do very nice work. I think his name was Kent, and I have recommended him to several people. All in all, I think it's a shame that this location is being run in this manor. I can only assume that the employee attitudes are a reflection of the owners attitudes. I wish them well, but doubt that success is in their future. I hope I'm wrong. It wouldn't be too hard to improve from where they stand now. Treat your customers with some level of respect and you will get it in return. Thanks
